Got my partner the dart board light. Delivery was very fast. Had to contact customer services about something and Louise was very helpful and quick to respond. 4 friends have gone on to buy from here on my recommendation. Would defo use this company again.

Premier Darts offers an excellent range of products and generally provides prompt delivery, as I've experienced in my past orders. Although there was a hiccup with one delivery due to a courier issue, the situation wasn't ideally handled by the company, which was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, their overall service is commendable, with clear advice on product sizing and a user-friendly website. I've also appreciated their rewards program, which adds value to my purchases. Overall, a solid experience that earns four stars from me.

Absolutely 1st class service. I ordered a few bits on Friday evening and they arrived Sunday no fuss. I was expecting them to be processed Monday and receive them later in the week. Courier lost my parcel and that’s no fault of premier darts but the way they’ve dealt with the matter is awful and have ignored me at time despite me not having my product and am £130 down. Makes fake promises saying they would resolve it by Saturday and never heard anything and now they are using the fact I contacted the courier who misplaced my package as the reason why poor customer service and not for the first time I have had scuffed used Ross smith two tone darts from them and they refused to swap them for something cheaper saying it’s against policy despite me wiling to have no money back I have spent thousands on premier darts and they ain’t ever getting a penny more I’ve had to turn to my bank for help to claim the money back sorry guys but recently you have been awful it’s not in my soul to usually do this but I had no choice.

Great service again, also great that it states on the website to go up a size on the shirt I ordered, fits perfectly.

I have emailed about faulty flights I have been given and not been given any response. Until I get a reply I will not be ordering from this site again.
