I have emailed about faulty flights I have been given and not been given any response. Until I get a reply I will not be ordering from this site again.

Darts appeared used condition box was opened ripped and tatty
£50 is the most ive spent on darts then they come in poor condition

Ordered surround, unwrapped and marks on the board which appeared to say it wasn't brand new.

Made contact with the company and sent them pictures. Never answered my question regarding whether it was used before sending. I asked again and didn't get a response.

Rapid delivery times and Exceptional customer service. Wish stocks were a little bit better cause then I wouldn't have to shop anywhere else but Premier Darts. Much prefer them to Red Dragon or the dreaded Darts Corner. Keep up the good work Premier!

I’ve never known customer service/after sales like it. Ordered Target Darts RVB95 Gen 2’s on 17/01/24 when receiving my item I noticed the barrels on the darts where incorrect looked as though they’d been swapped with a brand I’ve never seen before. An email/DM later and no reply I finally got contact through Facebook messenger, without being any great help they’re now not accepting any messages from me. After 3 weeks of calling to no answer I made it through to the receptionist to be told nobody available she’ll pass message on . . Not heard back. I’ve tried to process a return I’m £100 down with a set of darts I’d didn’t order.

Bought a darts shirt here. I live in the Netherlands postage and delivery was quick.
Great quality shirt as well.
Top conpany for me it's well worth it to shop here again.
