Ordered from them a couple of times and have been ok. All items arrived on time.

Wonderful company - great range of products and shipped very fast I couldn’t believe it! My husband will be so excited to get his gift from here! Also massive shout out to their customer service team replied to emails swiftly and they were so very helpful and easy to talk to! Wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again.

I ordered Dobey darts and white K-Flex, but unfortunately, I think they were stolen. I contacted Premier Darts about this, and their communication was excellent they were very clear and helpful throughout. They’ve sent out a replacement, and I’m very grateful for the great customer service they provided. I’ll definitely be back!

Prompt delivery

After much researching for the right dartboard light ring and surround, I decided on Premier Darts, as the price was what I wanted to pay and the look was great.
It arrived very quickly and I soon had it on the wall and used it that evening. It was switching off the light I notices a longish scratch on the surround, it was disappointing to discover this, although wasn't really a problem, as it didn't effect my playing.
As I just received it, I thought I should let them know.
The response from Gaynor was prompt and she could not have done more. I was offered a replacement but I couldn't sent the scratched one back due to using the box as a template to fix the light ring to the wall, so a partial refund was offered together with an unexpected lovely selection of dart flites and stems, all sent very promptly to me.
Sadly, things like this can happen but Gaynor's good communication skills and willingness to uphold customer satisfaction was paramount.
I will defiantly be a returning customer.

Do not waste you're money or time. Ordered a light that was shipped, I was out and recieved a text from the courier to tell me "you're parcle has been left near your front door" no picture evidence just a message, by the time I got home there was no parcle near my door. I contacted premier darts and they told me to open a dispute and they can resolve the issue, as soon as I opened a dispute they refused to resolve the issue. I had to phone my bank in order to get a refund. Worst customer service I've ever come across. I'll never use this company again

I recently placed an order and it was despatched quickly and i was informed of each phase of the delivery process that could be checked online .

The whole process was smooth and fast , Unfortunately the courier delivered it to the wrong address , Premier Darts provided photo of delivery point ,Defo not my house .
I contacted the premier darts support team after i visited the property as parcel missing . They responded promptly and despatched a new order over night ,which I received at midday.
Premier Darts customer service was First Class and so so quick . They can’t be responsible for courier driver having a bad day!
So thank you very much for your efforts in fulling my order , You nailed it.

Amazing customer service from Premier Darts. Helped facilitate a return and then negotiated an issue with Shopify for me, nothing too much trouble, quick shipping and great items. Special mention for Gaynor who was so helpful and kind in resolving this for me, will be my go-to for online darts equipment orders and would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic delivery time (ordered a set of darts Monday and arrived Tuesday) also Fantastic customer service. Had an issue with Google pay giving the wrong shipping address upon payment and the polite lady i spoke to over the phone advised on what to do and got it resolved for me straight away, despite their website saying shipping address could not be changed once order processed.
Package arrived in excellent condition with even a bonus of some free extra points and a pack of winmau trident 180's :)

I have ordered 40mm Swiss points 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything

Purchased a dartboard with surround. The dartboard was a mess and beyond acceptable. Premier Darts agreed and scheduled to pick the return on the 16th January. I still haven't received a refund and customer support refused to discuss on the phone and have ignored my email chase ups.

I ordered a surround light and scorer at 13:30 and by 10:20 the next day it was with me. Absolutely brilliant service

They use klarna too so could spread out the payments if needed to which is a massive bonus

Quick and quality service with no issues!

Ordered some Rob cross 95k darts via their eBay shop…

Product says it has been delivered however, it is no where, been advised was left in the letter box, nothing in the box and no image of delivery or anything.

Had no response from them and when I messaged their team been informed that they can not help as it is through the eBay shop, but it is from their company.

Just would like it being looked into and help to get the products.

Not heard anything for 3 days now !

Extremely disappointed

Had few deliverys and allways on time and exactly what i ordered.

My product was left outside the block of flats without even ringing the buzzer to let me know that it had arrived. I was alerted by my phone telling me it had arrived. I went to look outside only to find that two lads were trying to steal my product. I was attacked, but did manage to get my parcel back. I have contacted the company about the problem, but have not had any reply from them, which tell me they don't give a damn. Hope nobody else has this experience.
