For several weeks I have been struggling to get a receipt for a payment of the early termination fee until I spoke to Tiahh. She understood the problem immediately, was helpful and efficient and I received the receipt within days. We'll done Tiahh and thank you.

First contacted Premier Talk in April due to concerns regarding rising costs/ charges. Sorted out a new package deal and thought problem was solved. Unfortunately my bills were still more than expected. Spoke to Tiahh again this morning (21/07/26) who once again sorted out a new package. She was helpful and polite and apologised for the misunderstandings and hopefully now all issues have been resolved. My payment in August should be at the new price 🤞. Tiahh also told me not to hesitate in calling again if there were any more problems.

Ally was most helpful in respect of my Aunt's account and her very serious concerns financially.

Ally assured me that no charges will be levied in repect of the change to fibre optic. I have passed this information onto my my Aunt(Mrs Betty Davis).

Ally was kind and very considerate and is a most pleasant lady to communicate with.

Very helpful lady who sorted a credit that was due

We are very disappointed in the service we have received over the last 6 weeks on trying to get some closure on the account. I have called numerous times to be told the billing dept will call us back to clarify closing the account, and clarify payment detail. My aunty is elderly and we are trying to sort it all out as she has automatically renewed and she had no idea, and has now switched provider. She only switched as your landline stopped working for over a week and she really relies on this to call her family. I have emailed you twice with absolutely no response. We are very worried about the unpaid bill on the account and we really need to talk to you but after several attempts, we still haven’t had a call. I have never had such a problem with customer service like this as you are simply not available to talk to sort this matter out. I am always told I cannot be put through to the billing department as they are very busy. We are very worried about it all please can someone from the correct department or even a manager call me as we are getting nowhere to resolve the closure of account.

No response by phone or email.
Stay well clear off this company.

I would like to say 10 out of 10 to Tiahh for her help towards cancelling my land line etc. Tiahh was most helpful and gave clear instructions.

Just brilliant. Did what she said she would do and called me back when she said she would. Rare for that to happen in this day and age

I have spoken to Tiahh on a few occasions when phoning Premier Talk. She is always very helpful and clearly explains how she will proceed with remedying my BB problems. At times I am quite frustrated as I have an ongoing issue with the BB. Tiahh always remains calm and understanding.

Mae was friendly and did her best to help. I will not know if the issue was settled until Wednesday, when my Broadband service is discontinued.

Excellent professional manner and friendly. Explained everything and was able to deal with the query regarding the account so everything resolved. Excellent service.

I called premier Talk today on behalf of my Mum to find out if there was a fault on her line, a lovely young lady named Belle help me check my mothers line & put a request out to Open Reach to mend a fault on her land line which was done extremely quickly to request an engineer to find the fault which may take a few days but so far I’m happy with being assisted by Belle. Thank you.

My call was answered very quickly with no waiting in a queue. The lady who dealt with my enquiry, Belle, was very helpful and reassuring. It was an efficient and friendly service.

Tiahh was excellent very chatty professional and new what she was doing and by kept me informed of everything

One of Premier Talk’s greatest assets is it customer service staff. One of the best of these individuals is Belle who went the extra mile to assist me recently with a tricky query
