I really love my Pott candle. The Potts are beautiful and sturdy; the refill service is reasonable value and the scents are excellent - it's such a pleasure to have a seasonal fragrance. The customer service is excellent; the helpers are pleasant and keen to resolve any issues.

Lovely candles - really nice fragrances that smell great even in a reasonably large room (unlike many other candles I've bought). The pott looks great, candles burn well and are easy to replace with the refills, and I love the sustainable approach. Also really great customer service when I've contacted them with questions.

Easy to buy. I went for the pot-luck at the weekend. The small candle has not burned down evenly. There is wax not melting up one side of the pot but wax in the other side has but is flooding the wick, so it keeps going out. Unfortunately, not impressed, but great concept.

I have wanted a Potts candle and match pot for so long and was so lucky to win The Grand Pot, which I chose in blush in the Bank holiday raffle and treated myself to the Candle refill in Tonka! Wow I was not disappointed and enjoyed everything from the lovely wrappings to finally lighting the 4-wick candle - absolutely beautiful and now just wishing for the match pot to match x thank you!

Overwhelmingly, and without exception, every recipient has said that these are the best and longest lasting fragrance they’ve ever known in candle form, and they are all experienced high end candle aficionados. The starter kit makes such a beautiful gift, with huge love particularly for fragrances Eden and Orangery.

Customer service and delivery equally outstanding - I made a couple of errors in my ordering along the way, which were both rectified immediately and efficiently by the friendly Pott team. A very happy customer …

Pott Candles are fantastic - they come in several different fragrances and I love the way the Potts are easily refillable. The fragrance in the candles lasts to the end and scent the room even when they’re unlit.

Not so great.
It was delivered to the wrong address and was kindly brought to me by the person who lives in that road.
The package also contained a free bar of chocolate which is inedible as it smells of perfume - probably not a sensible idea.
I really like your products, but the delivery and marketing other companies products were not good.

I love these products - warning - it can be addictive! Bought a few for gifts and they have loved them too - the starter packs are great - currently indulging in the new Sea Salt kit...I have the petite blush in my bedroom which is just enough to create a sleepy atmosphere. Bliss x

Looks great, smells divine! The scent is just like a day at the beach in a candle, as soon as you light it you are transported to the sea, just right for our beach hut vibe. The ceramic pot is absolutely beautiful too. Love that it’s refillable. A perfect match for our style at Cool Coastal Huts.

Gorgeous products, the candles smell beautiful of fresh summery scents and the new blue Potts are perfect for my decor scheme. I've been eyeing up Pott for ages, but the colours were never quite my taste, but I'm loving the new colour way and excited to be able to try out all the scents now.

Ordered giftset for a present. Well packaged and delivery was prompt. I did peek inside and lovely wee set and smelt divine. Will definitely reorder
