Quality pots, but boring packaging for a gift!
My first time ordering from Pott Candles. I hesitated a long time due to cost, but they didn’t disappoint! Bought as a gift for my daughter. The only thing I would say was that the items arrived in the delivery box, so that’s what I had to wrap - plain cardboard box with the big Royal Mail delivery label on it addressed to me. It would be nice if there was a nicer presentation box - even if it was still plain cardboard but perhaps with a pretty design and contained within the postal packaging. But my daughter loved the pots and the candle. I’ll wait to see how it burns and the quality of the scent,

I love these candles
I love these candles. They are made from the most eco friendly materials, so are safe and have the most gorgeous scents.
The best bit is the candle holders being infinitely re-usable. Top marks, Potts!

I can’t cancel my subscription
I can’t cancel my subscription! There’s no option to do this on the website - it directs me to an email address. I’ve emailed said email address on 4 separate occasions now and I keep getting a bounce back saying the inbox is under maintenance. I’ve now been charged for another order I don’t want. This is unacceptable.

2 candles were damaged I managed to salvage one but the other one went in the bin, it was poorly packed hence the damage

So disappointed
My candle has burned down and all the wax is still really thick up the sides. Loved the peppermint smell but so disappointed.
