I recently purchased a candle for my kitchen, loved it so much, I have now purchased a diffuser for my bathroom. My husband has even commented on beautiful the ceramic pots are.

This company is clearly mindful of their customers. On one occasion, I was in a bit of a bind as my monthly delivery service of an already established Pott coincided with me spotting a new fragrance which I very much wanted to try while also having my normal delivery too. A very nice man was extremely helpful and made it all come to fruition within a couple of days. I was very happy with the outcome , needless to say!

I'm new to Pott
I'm new to Pott, but love the concept of candle refills. The candles are of excellent quality and smell divine, the packaging is secure and strong and delivery was prompt. Move over, big candle brands, I'm supporting home grown!

I was charged postage when costs over £75.00
I was charged for postage when I had spent over £75.00. I was asked if I had spent more than £75.00, I had spent a little under £90.00. I asked why Pott Candles could not check themselves. My question was ignored. It seems to me that the adverising is more important that actual customer satifaction. I did get a refund. Not happy that I was charged in the first place, also i am not happy that the issue was even questioned when they can look up transactions themseleves.

I love this little candle company!
I love this little candle company! After being gifted a Pott candle & match set for Christmas and absolutely falling in love with the scent (the fig one, it’s insane), I decided to sign up to a rolling subscription. I’ve received my second refill to date and the candles always arrive quickly & well packaged. Placing an order is super easy and choosing & setting up your subscription is too!

Lovely but overpriced
The candle looks lovely and smells lovely. It is very overpriced for what it is. I thought it might include a free refill for the price.

I waited a very long time for delivery…
I waited a very long time for delivery of my pot and first candle, so long in fact that the next months refill had already arrived. I do accept that I had ordered a special edition, and I was aware of the wait but not expecting to receive the next month first! I was disappointed with the pot as the colour is nothing like the picture I chose and does not match the little pot with the matches in. However I will keep it as to be honest I couldn’t be bothered with asking to exchange after already waiting nearly two months. I have burnt the candle for four hours after trimming the wick and it has tunnelled so very disappointing as this seemed to be such a lovely idea and I support the ethos of sustainability.

I can see that you ordered one of our limited-edition Potts on pre-order, which was listed for delivery in June. The Pott you selected was our Shino style, which is created using a traditional Japanese glazing technique. One of the unique characteristics of this process is that every piece is slightly different, meaning no two Potts are exactly alike.
We appreciate that this also means the finished product may vary from the photographs shown online. While we do our best to explain this on our website, we understand your feedback and will review how we can make this even clearer for future customers.

Lovely scent. Delivery is very good as the candle is always put in a safe sheltered space so it isn’t obvious to walkers by.

I've checked your order and can see that you purchased our "Just a Pott" product, which is an additional or replacement Pott and does not include a candle. We do our best to make this clear on the product page, but we appreciate your feedback and will review how we can make this even clearer for customers.
If you would like a candle for your Pott, you'll need our Grand refill size, which has been designed to fit perfectly. The benefit of the Pott system is that once you own the ceramic vessel, you can keep it forever and simply purchase refills going forward.
