These are by far the best smelling candles ever. They last right until the last burn, unlike many others that hardly give any fragrance these do cost a little more but worth every penny! The diffusers are also excellent too!

I absolutely love the concept of a refillable candle, I love the pot it goes great with scandi Japandi decor. Initially I tried the test samples and I didn’t like any of the samples I ignored it anyway as I really wanted the pot. I bought the trio bestseller and I have to say the samples don’t do the scents justice! The orangery is lovely and has great throw, tonka is basically vanilla and that also has a good throw. I was only disappointed with sea salt I could barely smell it but nonetheless I’m happy with the overall product (leaning towards getting the prescription) and would like to continue to support the business x

My order has just arrived, quick delivery from ordering which was great. I treated myself to a couple of starter packs, one Pott in Blush, the other in Speckle, plus a refill subscription single candle Eden. On unpacking the very well packed boxes, the room in my tiny seaside cottage was instantly filled with the most glorious fresh scent, and I haven't yet taken the candles out of the packaging!

The Potts are beautifully made and I love the colours, which would easily tone with any room, I shall be using the Blush Pott in my kitchen, and the Speckle in my living room, I've gone for the Sleep candle for that one as it will help me to relax in the evening, and the Orangery for the kitchen, which has yet to be fitted, but I am so looking forward to this beautiful scent filling the room when it is. I love the fact that this is a sustainable way to enjoy scented candles while supporting hand made pottery craftspeople, and would recommend Pott Candles highly based on this purchase and experience. I am confident that the other scents when I get to try them will be just as lovely. I'm sitting sniffing the Eden refill as I type and this is gorgeous! I'm now thinking another Pott may need to be purchased for my bathroom......

Well packaged, arrived promptly, lovely pot and the candle smells wonderful

Normally happy but th condition of the candle isn’t the same was damaged very soft and no smell to it

Firstly I just want to say I’m not a “leave a review” kind of person so to do so I have to feel strongly!! I’ve been looking for a sustainable candle, one I could reuse the pot over and over and came across Pott in October. I ordered my first candle (Holly Noel) and a Standard Pott. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but I love everything this product and company. The scent was BEAUTIFUL and best of all once Christmas was done and the candle burned down to the absolute bottom, I’ve ordered another scent (this time Fig and Cassis- which is gorgeous) and we go again. I’ll be recommending to everyone and buying gifts in 2025 to convert all my family and friends. You’ve got this bang on Pott!

I ordered the starter set. The candle has split all down the side and burns very unevenly.
After just a one hour burn, it looks a complete mess and has melted right down. Really disappointing as I had high hopes and had planned to buy more candles for my pot.

Great delivery, love the pottery container and strike pot but so far candle smell disappointing. Bought Fir fragrance for Christmas and so far after 4 burns hardly any smell. Have ordered another in Noel which I hope is stronger .

Smell is gorgeous but wick is no good too small only lit it 1 hr wick won’t lite again I have sent email but no reply because it’s new year candle it self is gorgeous smell out of this world

I was a little skeptical at first, as I always am when I see something so heavily marketed on social media, but their Holly green ceramic pot caught my eye and I decided to take the risk. Afterall, even if the candle was no good, I could still keep the pot, right?
The pot, candle, and matches arrived swiftly in protective, eco friendly packaging and I was as thrilled with the colour and quality of the pot in person as I had been with the images online.
As for the candles, I ordered the Fir and it came with a Myrrh for free. The Myrrh wasn’t a scent I was expecting to like, scented candles can be very hit and miss for me, some smell amazing, others are a headache inducing nightmare, but I was pleasantly surprised. The smell is delicate, I’ll get whiffs of it gently drifting around the room, without the throw being overwhelming. It’s warm, familiar, and very festive. It burns evenly, and when it’s time to change it, I’m sure I can use any small amount of remaining wax in my burner. Looking forward to trying the Fir and I’m sure I’ll be back to try the others in due course.

Wonderful smelling candles that give me a lot of pleasure.

Having spent nearly £300 on a gift subscription I was shocked to find out it didn’t come with a pott. I contacted them to clarify that this was indeed the case. When they did, I said I would cancel the subscription as I was unwilling to pay for the further expense of getting a starting kit for my friend. After a long delay and many emails they eventually wrote to say would I accept a complimentary port or did I want to cancel the subscription. I chose to accept the complimentary pot and waited. Now here we are a few days before Christmas and no pott. Again, I have contacted them on a number of occasions and again no communication. They only reply when they are getting your money not when they are asked about good customer service. What they produce is lovely and I have bought many presents in the past but their customer service is appalling and all they want is to get your money. Unfortunately, I absolutely do not recommend this company. I ordered in October and now don’t have a completed present to wrap UPDATE I’ve put my stars up as I did end up with a complimentary set and the person I gave it to was thrilled. However I can’t give more than 3 due to the lack of communication which it turned out was due to my emails going to someone who had left the company. How does that happen? Surely the email should have been redirected? Also if they had explained the 2 subscription types at the outset when I made my first complaint none of this would have happened. Glad we came to a satisfactory conclusion as these candles make great presents

The pots are beautiful and love the idea of keeping them to refill. The candle scents are strong bit not overpowering.

The two star rating is for customer service- the candles however get a five star rating!

Subscriptions seem to be all the rage these days, but few of the companies I have subscribed to seem to be able to match what they are offering with good customer service. Pott candles is no exception!

Delivery was placed in an old garage on my property, not a requested safe space. No calling card from Royal mail to tell me where it was!

Duncan who appears to be the only person heading up customer service was responsive, but not altogether helpful when the incorrect colour match Pot arrived. Instead of just putting the correct match pot into the post for me, customer is always right springs to mind here, I was asked to evidence the mismatch by sending photos. I don’t have the time to mop up other peoples mistakes, so it was easier to just keep the wrong coloured match pot! I then placed a second order over a week ago, but Duncan is unable to tell me when this will be fulfilled, despite Pott Candles advertising last orders to guarantee Christmas delivery in less than a weeks time!

The poor service and what appears to be a small customer service operation has put me off keeping the subscription, or indeed ordering again. For any operation to work well, good customer service is key.

The candles and pots are exquisite, and have the most wonderful aroma. Burn time is also good, and I like the ethos surrounding sustainable candle purchase.

Love Pott and have many colours now. Love buying them for presents then can buy refill's for presents in the future.

I've been a big fan of potts candles from when I saw them on QVC and since gone to purchase from the website. I ordered the cable knit starter pack as soon as it was released and it was on the website for 75 pounds. I'm really disappointed that a day later the price had changed to 69 pounds. This wasn't a 'sale event.' It had just changed. I find it really disappointing that I ordered it thinking it would sell out and then the price is re-evaluated after the product is on sale. Will make me re-consider purchasing again.
I noticed on the reply it said about refunding the difference to those it affected - I have not had any refund of the difference.

I have been working my way through all the fragrance's , .to day I placed an order for starlight, I received free postage , and a refill candle worth £27 . I have the sage green pot a cream pot a dark green pot . I have purchased the match’s in all the colours, the Christmas gold match are lovely, all the fragrance are warm expensive not artificial or chemically, great burning time, a lovely addition to your home.

I ordered several starter kits for Christmas presents. I just love the practicality of refillable candles and lots of choices re the scents. I also ordered a large candle for my own home, Tonka and it smells divine. Think i might just need to hold onto one of the starter packs too.

Another brilliant order has just arrived from Pott in the black Friday sale. Everything packaged beautifully and smelling amazing as per usual. Just love these products so much, the best candles I've ever come across.

Terrible customer service: didn’t care about a genuine comment made about their packaging, which due to lack of clarity, cost me money to buy new packaging to send the item on as a gift! A shame as I like to support smaller companies but not if they don’t bother with new customers. I won’t be using them again!
