Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. No one ever replies to my emails and when they do it’s always a different person or it takes weeks to get an answer. I live in USA and ordered a pad and paid for it over a month ago and I still have not received it! As far as I’m concerned I will never order again and I will report this business as fraud.

Great quality
Great quality, so well made and timeless! A must for your saddle pad collection. I thought I would have 'PolyPads' embroidered on my pad as standard, as I didn't tick the box saying I didnt want that, but I think it meant the brand label being included on it not the brand embroidery. Cheaper postage/delivery would be nice but apart from that I'm happy with my purchase.

I wanted a made to measure numnah for…
I wanted a made to measure numnah for working hunter shows as my horses back was very sensitive and wanted something to help with the impact. We already had a polypad numnah which was perfect and helped with impact and sensitivity of his back, but was to big to use when showing. I spoke to Polypads, and no problem whatsoever to make me a made to measure numnah. Nothing was to much for them. Absolutely delighted with the finish product. Thank you so much

Great range and lots to like about Polypad
Great service and fast delivery I love Polypad saddle pads, they are well made and the new Perform ones have lots of choices for personalisation to make them unique to me and my horses.
I also like that they are locally made and a much better impact on environment and economy than the popular ones made in thousands of miles away in China.

Over 30 years of customer satisfaction
