Unfortunately shipping to the USA is expensive from the UK, we only pass on the cost we are charged from the carrier. I cannot find any communication on the pads being the wrong colour, if you can please get in touch we can look to resolve this. Thanks PolyPads Team
My Polypad arrived as expected
My Polypad arrived as expected. Buying from Polypad directly as I wanted the one and a half fill (not supplied by other sites I looked at) ment waiting 5-7 working days for it to be made. Once my order was complete Polypad sent by courier 48hrs service and it arrived the following day from when I received notification it was on its way.

I had to chase an order
I had to chase an order. Your customer service telephone line isn't manned, therefore so frustrating when there isn't an answer. Maybe put an answering machine on it, so you are able to call people back. Did get back to me quickly kly via email though.

Well made and padded saddle pad
Well made and padded saddle pad. Nice colour: Forest.
It's a little on the small size length wise for me 17.5 Devoucoux saddle and I found that it slips back as has no straps.

Quality work, quality price, quality colur
The quality and choice of the colours and fabrics (even how much filling) is amazing. I've had polypads since I was a child (I'm nearly 40 now) and I don't use anything but polypads on my horses. I've still got pads from nearly 20 years ago in my collection and they still look new. My dogs love to sleep on them too (they are husky types and find other beds too hot). I just wish they would add mint green to their base colours!

Am i ever going to receive my order ?....
I am STILL waiting ANY sort of news on my order . Have you gone bust ..???? No response to any of my emails.
This is the second order in as many months. The first one was 'apparently' lost in transit. ... then couldnt have the colour i wanted. No material. So had to settle for an alternative.
Thought it was a one off so ordered another one and guess what ???... still waiting and no news on it whatsoever. Im writing this review in case it prompts a response ! I like the product but that is the ONLY reason im persevering. NEVER had such a BAD online shopping experience in all my years. Honestly , if the item youre after is available at a tack shop nearby or stockist, then id go there. Else youll be waiting blooming ages.

Poor experience.
Made a complaint beginning of august via email regarding the poor quality of a poly pad I had bought. No reply. After a chase up phone call and subsequent email the complaint was upheld and I was told I would be sent a replacement. Wrong one was sent. Different style/colour. Emailed again and was told they would send the correct replacement. I have received nothing and despite emailing again, have been ignored. Very disappointed as I have been buying poly pads for 30+ years. Customer service is extremely poor.
