Excellent customer service for a brilliant product

PolyPads will make your new pad in any colour combination you choose, choice of thickness too.
I went for the Doubler as I use a Treeless saddle and wanted a good comfy pad for my horse.
The PolyPad arrived eleven days after the date it was ordered.
Used the Poly Pad today, my horse and I very pleased with it.

Order came through quickly and is fabulous..but i would have preferred a brown or black no slip fabric rather than white for the underside of the pad

Communication was poor - it took just over 4 weeks for my items to arrive, after 2 weeks I chased up to investigate to be told it would be with me in a couple of days - 2 weeks later the item arrived.

A shame really as the product is brilliant and exactly what I wanted. Just a lack of customer service along the way.

The pads look great! Exactly what I wanted. Can’t get anything like them in the states.

Really nice colour options. Great quality. Fits saddle well, shaped to go in to tree. Comfortable for horse.

The Polypad for under my lunge roller is perfect! Well designed and stays in place Product very well made and the service was good as well.

I ordered this over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I spoke to someone on the phone and they were very rude and dismissive saying it was lost they had no idea where it was with yodel and couldn’t give me a refund or send out a replacement until it was returned. I need this for my horses bad back. The lady was very unhelpful offering no solution on how we can resolve this I am very upset and frustrated with this company.

Prompt delivery nice quality can pick your own specs, would have liked a darker grey but only one shade to choose from but overall will order again and recommend

Ordering and product great as always, but you delivered it in a clear bag ,that was a Christmas present for my partner and she took delivery so no surprise gift for her,

I would want to give the actual item, a customized PolyPad, five glowing stars. It's very well done, and it's great. What wasn't great was that after receipt of my order was confirmed, there was silence ... for FOUR MONTHS. All my e-mails and messages went unanswered. A friend in the UK actually called the company three times and was told they would ring back; they never did. Only when I started putting negative remarks on their Facebook page to the effect that my contact attempts were ignored, that the order was long overdue, etc. lo and behold, suddenly I got a new message that my order was ready to ship ... I understand delays, etc. but just ignoring customers is not acceptable. So customer service one star only. But once more, the Pad is now here and it is excellent.

I am not reviewing the product as still not received but placed an order over 2 weeks ago and despite numerous phone calls, emails I have heard nothing back which is very worrying given the costs involved. Happy to accept things maybe delayed but please please tell us.

Poor customer service. I ordered a quarter sheet at Your Horse Live from Polypads (also trading under comfort zone equestrian) The item has not arrived in the 10 days promised and all calls, emails, texts, FB messenger messages have been ignored. It is a shame because I really like the look of the product ~(as seen at the show) but the company service is poor
