Extremely slow in shipping, no updates, unresponsive customer service
Quick to take an order and charge a person, but unbelievably slow in shipping and customer service is unreachable. Like their products for the most part, but service is terrible at best.

The website is pretty good and quick. But the delivery status update is non existent or slow. My order 37030 been silent for more than a week. Compared to other sales channel, this is poor in comparison.

Criminals. The sent you an email with apology’s every time but never a delivery. And after posting this review they they asked for an order number so it looks like they are going to do something for me, wich I gave and again an email with an apology, and again still no products or money back received.

Initial experience was positive but the second order not so much!
My first purchase from Pollogie went off without a hitch and I loved the items. I immediately placed a second order. When it arrived, one of the items was missing. I notified Pollogie and they said they would take care of it. I've had to send 2-3 emails now only to be told we will get on this ASAP. This item was paid for some time ago and I did not receive it. I would think this would be addressed immediately not ASAP which evidently means weeks to Pollogie.
They send me discount coupons and sales email but I'm not interested until this issue gets resolved and I get the item I bought and paid for!

CANNOT GET AHOLD OFA LIVE PERSON, EMAILS BOUNCE BACK, THEIR "APP" SAYS MY MULTIPLE ORDERS ARE ON THEIR WAY BUT USPS INDICATES NOTHING HAS BEEN PICKED UP. THEY HAVE MY MONEY, I HAVE NOTHING EXCEPT AN ONSLAUGHT OF EMAILS SAYING THEY WILL CHECK IN TO MY VARIOUS ORDERS (MULTIPLE TIMES) AND NO ANSWER IS EVER RETURNED.
SO, NOW I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE HASSLE OF CALLING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND REPORTING THEM SO MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT IS PROPERLY CREDITED. LITERALLY HOURS INVESTED. GLAD MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR IS THE ATTORNEY GENERAL.
