Great stuff and super accessible, in-depth sizing clarity and suggestions, a great company and one I am excited to order from again!

Clear instruction however when sizes are in number as in 29, 30, etc..there is not chart to explain size 29 measurement. Whereas, s, l,m,etc, there is a chart outlining the measurement.

I was charged more at check out and couldn’t put in the code for discount.

Shocking customer service. I need to return quite a few items. I reached out to the customer service team and was finally told where to send it back to. This was an address in the Slovak Republic. The cost of the return was for me to pay. I wanted to make sure it was tracked all the way. The packaged weighed 3kg and I sent it by courier to make sure it would arrive at a cost almost equal to the order. This was on 27 January 2021. The package was returned to me on 18 March 2021. Obviously I was super unhappy. I have contacted Pollogie several times since then we zero response. It is now August and still not a word. This is the worst retailer I have ever had to deal with. An absolute disgrace. Don't buy from them.

Nothing wrong with the initial order for my son's jacket. It just didn't fit and we followed the directions provided by pollogie to send it back for a different size in Feb. It has been beyond very slow getting responses back to multiple outreaches from me to try and complete our exchange. Weeks and months passed by without a resolution.... Seems to be a good company with good products and styles, but the customer experience was very poor at a time where consumers need to be first and listened to. This could be related to the current challenges the pandemic has imposed on all of us, impacting staff, the supply chain... but non-the-less this was something that boiled down to lack of communication and response. I hope this constructive feedback will help improve your business.

I placed an order on 25 May, and received shipment notice on 28 May...
Today (20 July, close to 2months after order), still NOT received my order! The tracking website indicates a "flight arrival on 17 June" (no idea where?), but still not received anything! Their customer team keeps on "reassuring" me, indicating "delivery can take between 2-8weeks", and refusing to reimburse me!
Their website is VERY MISLEADING, as it doesn't provide shipment information during order. I would have NEVER ordered otherwise.

Just be considerate when ordering with them!

Response was fast and direct. The only thing I would do extra, since the issue apply to my original question and problem. If I purchased a products from your website and get a credit charge (x amounts). As a costumer, I should receiving a transaction receipt of purchase.
Other then original issue, the product is 5 🌟 and materials are made from good quality, never had any issues after multiples wash.

Did not provide 25% off coupon and when I sent them the appropriate copies of the email that identifies/promises the 25% discount they stopped corresponding with me…don’t trust this website and company.

The order was accepted with a promise of a speedy fulfillment, however 11 days later the merchandise has not even been shipped yet. I request a refund of my payment.
