Return shipping is on you.
Have ordered a few things, generally satisfied, but it’s worth noting that their return policy requires you to pay for returns and then notify them when that return is received by a 3rd party receiver. They don’t let you know that beforehand. Not a greater user experience, with the myriad of other options in the marketplace. Especially for someone who has ordered 4-5 times.
