We got peppa pig and bluey videos made for our daughter's third birthday. One of them turned out perfect in the first attempt but another one had a small pronunciation issue in it. The team worked on this very quickly and helped resolve all issues. Very happy with the post sales service. They really want to make it a happy and perfect experience for you. My daughter now sees those videos every day!!

I was disappointed that the birthday girl's name was not mentioned as it was in other videos. Hearing her name or maybe have her picture on stage as she was celebrated would have definitely been better than just putting her picture in the corner at the end of the video. Other than that, it was ok.
I failed to mention that it was the K Pop video that failed to make the birthday celebration personal, as did the Bluey and Elsa videos.
I appreciate the rapid response and the updated version of the K Pop video that is perfect. It will put a forever smile on Aspen's face. I highly recommend your company!!!!

Paid extra for the 24hour delivery of my video and still got ik after 3 days so it was past My daughters birthday… and the cherry on top was at the end of the video they wrote the wrong name (Oliver)

I would give this 10 stars on a five star scale. If you are a parent, grandparent, aunt or uncle, you should consider this as a gift for that special child in your life. The video quality was absolutely perfect and the messaging was great. But the service level was unequivocally excellent. This was my first purchase and I will continue to buy from them as the opportunities present themselves.

Wow - my grandson was really surprised and loved every minute. They delivered exactly what they promised and I had it expedited because I ordered it the morning I needed it and they delivered. All of my guests were impressed.

This item would’ve been 5 stars if the sound didn’t go out when the mom took the radio, it comes back on in the next clip but it’s very noticeable. I will say that the timeframe in when I got my video was quite fast it only took 3 hours.

Will not be using again. I gave them the pronunciation of my daughter’s name, they got it incorrect. They requested a video of me saying her name correctly and it was still incorrect. Then I was told “that’s the best they could do!” How hard is it to pronounce Caleigh.. pronounced “Cali?”

Couldn’t be happier! The Bluey birthday video was super cute and arrived so quickly. And their customer service was truly exceptional. When I noticed a name pronunciation issue, they remade the video immediately and it turned out fantastic. I’ll definitely be back and I recommend them 100%.
