Great way to get a plumber quickly (especially for those small jobs most plumbers don’t want to bother with it seems) and their phone service is pleasant.
Hourly rate is high and you pay a minimum of one hour up front no matter the outcome of the plumbers visit.
Upon visiting us, what we wanted the plumber to do (rerun a gas pipe away from a wall so we could insulate it) they claimed couldn’t be done, so they just cut off the pipe we wanted to be moved and capped it and were gone within 5 minutes of arriving. (Didn’t even remove the old cut off pipe from the wall?!) Meaning we will now need another plumber to do the work we need doing at a later date.
Having paid £144 for someone to come and do this, I feel rather cheated.

The initial contact was very quick and efficient. The engineer was great / explaining everything as he was going alone. Kept up the standard I was expecting given that I had used the company twice before for my boiler service. Will continue to do so

They charged me £288 for a combi boiler service, hob service and gas safety check, even though there were no faults. They claimed this was due to the engineer taking an hour and 48 minutes to complete everything, even though the engineer spent a large portion of the time on his phone. They didn't provide an explanation for why it took so long, even though that was what they were basing their price on. I had previously been charged £196 for the exact same services a year before by Plumbingforce, so there prices increased by 47% within a year.

As always, Plumbing Force delivers. Yes it’s expensive but it’s also reliably good and you get prompt service and communication. A shout out to Andrew Robertson who has been here twice now.

Work done swiftly and well. The company and the plumber were professional, punctual and communicated with us at each step of the process. I would definitely recommend them.

Great to connect, then goes downhill. Got stood down on 1st appointment, and the second and then the third one happens. Very abrupt customer service who takes a compliment as being rude. The engineer who turns up knows his job, but takes an hour and a half to fetch parts, has lunch on the side, all billed to me at £120.00 plus VAT. If I could make some money without dirtying my hands, this is the business model.
Better to connect with local tradesmen than these middlemen.
They have asked for a date, just put 1st April, as I do not remember actual date right now.
May be held against me, knowing these kind of operators.

Excellent service on time and provided a fix

Really quick response, and Zafran sorted the issue and explained the reason for the fault and outlined next steps. Great service.

We recently had a new boiler installed and water tank disposed of. We were very pleased with the service from start to finish. The engineer explained all our options clearly, including whether to keep our existing system or switch to a combi, which really helped us make the right decision.

The installation was carried out efficiently and completed within the time promised. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the old tank and equipment were removed without any issues. They quoted 2 days work but were finished early.

The new boiler is working perfectly. Jo and his team were very professional, especially with my dad being qyite vulnerable. We would highly recommend. Top service

Plumbing Force were really easy to deal with on two occasions in the first week of moving into my new home. They attended promptly and on time on both occasions and despite the second issue being more complex to resolve than expected, the plumber, Ashley was incredibly helpful and resolved everything perfectly. I would highly recommend.

I was super distressed after my boiler stopped working. I have a very old Worcester boiler and plumbing force sent me the best engineer I could have asked for. Steve Romani was an absolute pleasure. He went the extra mile to explain what he thought had happened and fixed everything for me. What started as a nightmare day was completely turned around thank you so much!!!!!!

I highly recommend particularly if you don’t understand boilers yourself!!!
