Polite and cheerful engineer explained the cause of problems (leaking toilet & dripping tap), explained options available and fixed everything to my satisfaction. I was kept informed beforehand of times. Everything went smoothly. I've used this company before and have total confidence in their reliability and professionalism

The service was completed efficiently, but especially a correction was made, whereby the boiler, which had not been heating in connection with the thermostat since the new system was installed last year and had been heating constantly, now operates as it should. An adaption was explained about the settings, the programming of which had been confusing to me as an older person, and which has now made it more understandable and practical for my needs.
All this with kindness and patient explanation which has restored my confidence and trust in the company.

I got a call confirming an ETA 15 minutes before arrival, even though they couldn't rectify the issue on this visit, I was informed of everything they were doing, and they were completely forthcoming regarding costs.

Identified the problem,although couldn't get a part for a few days,he did sort it so I could have short spells of hot water so cheers for that

Had a radiator leak, which then meant we didn't have hot water or heating due to a boiler fault and with 2 young kids needed to get that sorted asap. I contacted Plumbing Force and the process was simple and the process was easy. They were able to book a slot suitable to our day. I received a call an hour prior to arrival and the plumber arrived promptly. He was very quick and clean, he respected our property when sorting the boiler fault. Explained the issue/cause. They were able to come out the same day that I contacted them and assessed the problem with my macerator. The office kept me up to date with the engineer’s progress. A new macerator has been ordered and🤞that it will be fitted next week. I think a lot of plumbers don’t want to get involved with macerators as I had been waiting, without success, for weeks for this problem to be sorted out by another plumber.
