Platypus Tours Recenzje 

My family and I recently back to back private tours with Platypus Tours. The first day we toured wineries in the Napa Valley area, and the second ay we toured wineries in the Sonoma area. Both tours we had Mike (Pav) as our private chauffeur.

Everything from the planning of the trip to the two days with Pav was excellent.  Pav definitely went above and beyond during our two days with him.  On both days, he arrived early and met us in the lobby of the hotel.  At each stop, he made sure to walk us into the wineries and then allowed us to experience the wineries on our own.  On day one he made an extra stop to have us experience an affogato, which was delicious.  Though we tried to pay for the experience, Pav would not let us.  On day two, he purchased pastries for us to enjoy before arriving at our first stop.  On the last day, we left a pair of prescription glasses in the van and Pav went out of his way to come back to our hotel to return them.  Pav was top notch and we thoroughly enjoyed our two days with him.

We have used Platypus Tours in the past and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future!

Platypus helped make our mother & daughters Napa experience a success! This was my 3rd time booking with them and 2nd time with Linda as our group guide who is not only knowledgeable about the wineries we visited but also about the interesting and fun historical facts about the local area. Thank you Platypus Tours and Linda, we had a great time again!

My Fiancé and I took our first trip up to Napa together and Platypus Wine Tour was certainly the highlight. As amateur wine drinkers, we were a little nervous at first as we did not know what to expect. Those nerves disappeared almost immediately! Our tour guide Army was the absolute best! Not only was he knowledgeable about the wineries, but the history and geology of wine country. Army’s humor truly shines and there is no doubt he loves his job! The wineries we visited in Calistoga were the absolute best. We loved how small and personable each winery was. We definitely plan to book again on our next trip to Napa!

Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Chris was a fantastic guide, giving the perfect amount of wine education and a well thought out itinerary for our day. All three Sonoma wineries we went to were great and unique in their own ways (loved the wine cave!). Lunch was shockingly good for a boxed lunch.

Next time we are in the bay, we will certainly do another Platypus Tour!

Our guide Chris was very cordial and communicated clearly the plan for the day. selection of wineries was distinctive and the one on one service with the winery staff was excellent.

Our guide/driver Army made our experience wonderful. From his vast knowledge of the area, to his humor and engaging conversation, we could not have asked for a better bus tour experience. We went to 3 family owned winery’s and learned something new at each one.

Wow - what a spectacular day we had! Gary was the most knowledgeable host, adding interesting notes to the tours and sharing information about wines and the region during the drives between wineries. He’s funny and informative!
The wineries he chose were interesting, beautiful and full of flavor!
This was our second tour with Platypus (first in 2016) and we will definitely be back for round 3 in the future.
Important details - We received an email upon confirmation and they were happy to accommodate dietary needs and were quick to respond. They helped us find a tour that allowed for easy pickup.

We had a great time on our tour. It was such a great time!! Chris, our guide, was excellent and a wealth of knowledge. He answered all our questions and ensured we had a great time. The wineries we stopped at were great and each offered a unique experience. The packed lunch was also very tasty.

We took 2 tours with Platypus. One in Napa and one in Sonoma. Both were really good, concentrating mainly on small family-run wineries. Both guides (Casey and Steve) were very knowledgeable and kept the whole group entertained throughout the day. It's a great way to visit 3 wineries and relax knowing they will drop you outside your hotel on the way home.

Army was the best tour guide. He was in communication with the wineries all day to provide the best experience for us. He even pivoted and added different stops to add to our experience.

Linda was a great guide. She took us to wonderful wineries that we enjoyed very much, Rutherford Ranch, Ghost Block and Back Stage. They were all different in a good way. The variety of the experiences made for a delightful day. We fed the goats, sipped among the vines, ate lunch on a patio, tasted from a barrel. Our group of eleven was the perfect size and it was great to meet other wine lovers from throughout the world. Thank you Linda and Platypus.

Army was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Had to make a schedule change on the fly and ended up at a great winery.

We had a fantastic experience on our wine tour. Our driver, Chris, was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and he selected three outstanding vineyards for us to visit. We were also lucky to tour with Laurie, who works behind the scenes at Platypus and is a local to the area, which made the experience even more insightful and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
