I had some reservations about buying online, this coupled with residing in N Ireland did cause some concern. We were made welcome from the time we stepped in the door, we were able to try scooters we were interested in, under no obligation to purchase, however we found what we wanted, and the service has been excellent from taking the order to delivery, to assisting with question and queries which have been answered fast and efficiently.
