They went above and beyond my expectations. I needed my order the next day as it was a birthday gift and after contacting them, they upgraded my delivery to next day delivery without any extra charge.

A***n R*****l took my money and then ghosted me.
I was invoiced and paid £346.74 in April 2023 for a Hot Toys 1973 Wolverine and I still haven't received it.
Communication is awful but interestingly A***n responded within an hour of a message about a further purchase from a different email address.
Comments are turned off on Facebook, and after emailing for a full refund in February and being told this would be actioned, he has ignored all other emails and neither the figure or a refund have been sent. I've missed out on several other items as l've no confidence in ordering from A***n again.
I've been patient and understanding but this has been going on for over two years. I hate to use the word 'scam' but it appears I'm not the first customer he has done this to. I now have the inconvenience of taking legal action. Buyer beware.

I’m being ignored. I’ve sent multiple emails and messages via the website about a preorder placed 6/1/24. I’m yet to receive anything and would either appreciate an update or a refund at least. Can’t afford to just write off £279.

Pre-order placed 19/05/25, shipping update received 19/08/25, another update on 19/02/25, and the item was sent 04/09. Some people have left reviews saying it's taken too long to receive an item, but I think it depends a lot on the manufacturers and distributors (especially when they repeatedly delay things and move dates back) when it comes to pre-orders and backorders - though I agree that customers should always be kept up to date, where possible/practical.

Anyway, I thought the service was pretty good and this site had the best price for the item I ordered so I'll likely use them again in future.

EDIT - I have just purchased this item direct from Iron Studio's, and need my refund. As I can not get in touch with you via your website, I need you to give me a contact address here, so II can give you my order number and you can refund me

Need to speak to someone at planet action figures, but when I click on the contact us button, I just get shown a picture of Aliens with the contact us option underneath, when clicked it just shows the picture of Aliens again. In a loop, and there is no phone number either.
My problem is, I pre ordered and paid in full back in March 2023 for the goonies deluxe statue by iron studios. When I ordered it, the release date was November 2023, it was delayed (which I had to find out for myself as Planet Action Figures has never sent out email updates). I did a live chat (an option of contact they no longer offer) with them back in December 2024 asking them for an update. They told me that it will be sent out just before Christmas 2024, at the latest January 2025. But of course, there was no dispatch and no update email. I again did my own research and found out from other UK retailers it had been delayed again until June 2025. When I still didn't receive it in June, I sent Planet action figures an email asking what was going on with my order, I have not received a reply. So, now we are in September 2025 and I've been trying to contact them for the last week but all I'm getting is a contact us page that does nothing.

I paid in full back in March 2023, I want to know if I can get a full refund (not a partial refund as your policy states) I believe I've been completely let down by this company and deserve a full refund so I can buy it elsewhere. My mum gave me the money to buy this in March 2023, it was the last thing she bought me as she passed away in May 2023. So you can understand that this statute means more to me than just another statue.

Unfortunately I had a very very bad experience with PAF as I had to wait nearly 2 years for my figure to arrive with no offer of any compensation these were highly recommended to me but it was excuse after excuse as to why my figure was never delivered I was informed a few times that new stock had arrived but it still never come infact I couldn't believe when I only got the email the day I was moving that the figure was on route and to add insult it was left in my recycle bin thank God for good neighbours they also ignore half the emails you send

Update Nov: Everything was eventually refunded, all 4 deposits and the order that was paid in full. I wish PAF the best in getting things to run smoother in the future.

I was invoiced and paid £305 for Hot Toys Bespin Luke in March 2024 and I still haven't received it.

I'm very happy with the services from PAF. Although Aaron was away on holiday, I received my package on the same day he got back and I was made up. I thought I would've had to wait until the following week, but I got it straight away! I will definitely be ordering from PAF again!

Great figures at very reasonable prices, the only downside to the overall experience is the length of time it takes for delivery.

Advertising 48 hour delivery, but taking a week or more to deliver goods is extremely frustrating.

Original review: Honestly would rate zero stars if possible. My friend preordered a plush for me as a birthday present in november last year, with an estimated release date of early 2025. Completely understandable that the release or stock may be delayed but the distinct lack of communication they recieved is an absolute joke, multiple emails ignored, no progress updates provided at all. Honestly just avoid this store

Edit: I have updated my review following conversations between my friend and Planet action figure, and adjusted the rating appropriately. After a while of waiting for responses to emails, an open dialogue between the store and my friend was finally established and communication became alot better, including not just personal communication but a PSA about the issues they have been facing with the supplier. While the first few months felt like distinct lack of communication, steps do seem to have been made to rectify this and I hope they continue to provide more generic mailing about supplier issues to keep customers in the loop as well as personal communications. My Karlach arrvied today (05-09-2025) and i couldnt be happier.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I waited 5 months for my order with no contact from them until I requested a refund. That took a while of chasing too, and they kept 10% of the order deposit after not fullfilling the order for 5 months!!! Nice business idea to be honest, for a SCAM

EDIT: I understand it was a preorder item, however it was supposed to be released in March, which it was as every other shop in UK had it for next day delivery since March, yet you prolonged the whole thing as long as possible, until I requested a refund. I waited 5 months for my order, 4 months past the release date. I just got scammed for the 10% deposit without receiving anything.

A fantastic figure that was a pre-order that I paid for in February, but due to the supplier NECA putting the release date back, I have only just received the item recently in July. This however is not the fault of Planet Action Figures who did update that there would be a delay with the release date. Over all, apart from the release date delay, my experience with this company was excellent.
