I ordered a year ago and still havent got my order

I ordered two figures over a year ago and I still havent recieved my order. Even though I paid the deposit and made multiple attempts with the contact information given to find out where I could pay the rest of the deposit for about 6 months, I recieved no response nevermind a direct one about where I could pay the rest of the order. Naturally the lack of communication for over a year from the company ended with a cancelled order and deposit gone which felt a little scammy. I recieved no notice, invoice or anything before this.

We’re unable to locate any order or correspondence that matches the details described in your review. We asked for further information using Trustpilot’s request-information tool so we could investigate properly, but we didn’t receive a response.

For clarity, remaining balances are never paid by “finding out where to pay” — all payments are made via the original order or through an invoice we issue directly. Orders are also not cancelled without prior notice, and our deposit terms (including that deposits are non-refundable if an order is cancelled) are clearly stated at checkout and on product pages.

Have I been scammed?

I’ve contacted the seller multiple times regarding my order made in 2022. He initially stated it would be shipped, but after a long delay, I started asking about a refund. I understand that shipping from Hong Kong to the UK can take time, but I’m unhappy with the prolonged wait, the lack of communication, and the fact that I could have purchased the figure from other resellers. I requested a refund but have been ignored again. I am feeling stupid to have trusted the seller as he had good reviews and recommendations.

DO NOT Buy from this site. Untrustworthy website

Ordered Lord of the Rings 1/6 scale figure from this website back in Feb 2024. Never has been delivered. Asked for refund several times. Keeps giving me the run around or doesn’t reply to emails. Buyer beware.

My overall experience was excellent. From placing my order through to its arrival. Which was far sooner than expected. The package arrived in perfect condition, and the figure quality is superb.
Along with my last two orders, i'm always impressed.
