Running out of superlatives with regards to Planet Action Figures. Had six items arrive today and I couldn’t be happier.

I can honestly say that ordering from PlanetActionFigures has been one of the smoothest and most satisfying experiences I’ve had in years of collecting. From the moment I placed my order, the entire process was seamless the website was easy to navigate, the checkout process was quick, and within moments I had a confirmation email with tracking details. The item was at my door within just two days, perfectly packaged and in absolutely pristine condition. Not a single dent, scratch, or smudge. Just how collectors like it!

What truly impressed me was their reward system it’s rare to see a collectibles company offer something that actually feels generous and worthwhile. Every order earns you points, and it really doesn’t take long before you’ve built up enough for a decent discount. It feels like a store that genuinely values returning customers and collectors who keep coming back and trust me, after this experience, I will be one of them.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews for companies or make any complaints, but this time I feel it's needed.

I pre-ordered a Hot Toys Batman 7th March 2022 and have been waiting eagerly for it to arrive.

On 30th April 2025, after 3 years of waiting, I received the invoice for the outstanding balance, which was paid straight away so I could secure my order. I've since heard nothing from Planet Action Figures despite emails sent on 23rd April, 14th May, 5th June and even today asking for updates on the despatch and potential delivery date. I know their automatic reply states they'll reply within two working days, but this sadly doesn't seem to be the case. I've paid good money for this order and unfortunately, with this being my first order with Planet, I can't say the experience has been a good one so far. I'll be happy to change my review if this can be rectified or if I can at least be updated as to whether I am actually going to receive the order that I have paid quite a lot of money for.

I'm hopeful that Planet Action Figures will be able to reach out to me so that we can rectify this issue. I hope to hear from them soon.

UPDATE: I've since heard from Planet Action Figures and they've given me an update and a reason as to why I'd not hard anything yet regarding despatch. I was probably a bit eager to jump the gun on this one, but having now heard from them, I'm more than happy to update and upgrade my review.

Edit, 7 October 2025: Aaron, the store owner, recently got in touch with me about my concerns. After investigating, Aaron was able to refund my original deposit for the figure. I appreciated the self-acknowledgement of some of the communication issues and relieved this was resolved. Given this, I’ve updated this review to reflect and changed the scoring from 1 to 3 star to reflect the outcome. I will say again my prior experiences have been positive which is also why I’ve amended the rating to be neutral on this occasion.

I’ve previously ordered several 1:6 figures from this site with success. On this occasion, I pre-ordered the InArt Premium Aragorn figure when announced 9 January 2023, paying the £50 deposit. Fast forward to 5 February 2025 when notification was given on the Facebook affiliate site, One Sixth Paradise, that it was supposed to be invoiced for shipping 5 February 2025, I’ve still had no advices or notification. I’ve sent multiple messages on the PAF site and the Facebook site and since asked twice for the refund of my deposit after so long. I appreciate it can take time for responses to come back, but I cannot but be disappointed at the zero responses after so long and thinking my custom was previously valued. I’ll happily revisit this review, but I feel I have no other option but to post this given the nil communication to date.

tried contacting this guy multiple times now regarding a figure I have paid in full and he has totally ignored me not one response.

Same issue as many others on here. Pre-ordered figure in March 2023. Remainder of payment requested (and paid) in February 2025.

Was told on 4 March 2025 just waiting for item to clear customs so shouldn’t be much longer.

Asked for an update on 7 April 2025. No response.

Chased for a response / update on 1 May 2025. Was told someone would get back to me, but no response received.

Chased again on 8 May 2025. Finally told there are delays and that this would be followed up.

Is now 15 May 2025 and still no update on where the figure is or likely delivery time, despite asking for full payment over 3 months ago.

Communication has been awful.

UPDATE: 6 June 2025

Still no response or figure, so have reported Planet Action Figures to Action Fraud.

Ordered a Hot Toys Return of the Jedi Stormtrooper that was in stock. Had a minor glitch - a dispatch error meant the Hot Toys Shadow Trooper model was sent instead, understandable as the model ID is one number different. PAF were very helpful and I had the correct model in my hands less than a week later. Packing on both models was excellent, and delivery times were swift.

Pre ordered Hot Toys Doc Ock in March 2022, remainder of payment requested February 2025. Paid the following day.

No figure. Chased beginning of March 2025 to be told these were due back in stock at end of March. Why take pre orders then?

Chased beginning of April to mid April no response to any messages and still no figure.

UPDATE:
Not really fully refunded though. I had to do a charge back on the 90% paid in February. Seller then had the nerve to ask me to have the bank reverse this as the item was "in stock" I asked for a new invoice to be raised so i could make a new payment as per my banks guidance. Heard nothing back. I'm still over £30 out of pocket which PAF still has kept so yep, this is a scam site. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely fantastic company, ordered some JoyToy space Marines and turned up pretty promptly, well packaged and had great communication through out. 10/10, will definitely be buying from the store again.

Pre-ordered an item from a range notorious for pushing back shipping dates, and it was eventually received in perfect order.
I had ordered other items from this range elsewhere and they never appeared but Planet Action Figures, despite being the smallest company of the lot, were the only ones to deliver so I have no complaints at all.

Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande qui date de 2023 , on est en 2025..... toujours rien. pas de figurine et encore moins de remboursement . ils m'ont répondu UNE fois le temps de me balader et que je ne puisse plus rien faire . j'aurais du réclamer le remboursement dans les délais paypal , mais je me suis fier au avis "favorables" qu 'il y avait sur le net

If I could I would give no stars.
I ordered a figure in June 2024. Like some other customers on here, I still- as of 28th April 2025- have not received the item despite numerous promises on part of the company that they would send the item to me.
I have been asking about updates since November 2024. The company does not respond to emails so I also sent website messages. On March 4th 2025 they finally mentioned the item would ship the following week, and on March 21st, they promised to provide tracking details "very shortly." I then contacted them yet again, because I didn't receive the tracking let alone the product. They then said on 11th April 2025 that they would provide tracking the week after. They finally sorted out tracking on 22nd April, so at least now I can see from Royal Mail's updates that they hare 'still expecting' the item from Planet Action Figures for almost a week now.
So the result is that I have now been waiting for 10 months give or take to receive the product I paid in full for in 2024, and despite multiple follow-ups both via the website and email I have yet to receive the item, or a refund.
This company is uncommunicative, unreliable and unprofessional. AVOID

I've ordered figures from here several times. So far, my experience has been positive.

In July 2024, I ordered a Spock figure from Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. In November 2024, I received the final invoice and paid.

The figure hasn't been shipped yet, and despite multiple emails, I haven't received a response!

I've now opened a case with PayPal.

I've received confirmation that my order will arrive in May. I'll update my review once I receive my order.

All my orders have now been delivered! Everything took a little longer than stated. Communication could still be better! I'm satisfied now.

Preordered an item on 29th Jun 2023 and paid the deposit.

Received an email on 7th Feb 2025 requesting the outstanding balance as it was due to ship within next 1-2 weeks, so paid this the same day.

Nothing by 4th Mar 2025 so sent a chaser as was advised 2 days later it was delayed in customs, but should be with me shortly.

Asked to cancel my order on 7th Apr 2025 as I’m going travelling on 14th Apr 2025.

I received an automated response that my request had been received and they’d aim to respond within 2 working days.

It has now been over 4 working days without a response and I will have departed by the time they re-open on 14th Apr 2025.

I don’t feel it’s fair for a company to request the outstanding balance when they do not seem to know when it will be in stock to ship.

***UPDATE 17th April 2025 - refund minus deposit has been received***

***UPDATE 7th May 2025 - Planet Action Figures reached out to me directly via email and the complete refund has now been received***
