Thorough Explanation and Great Customer Care
Minh was very thorough in explaining the issue (I hadn't fully toggled through to change the specs to transparent). She fixed that in my specs, saved the specs and resubmitted the photo. So, she took care of it all, and now I am automatically set up to submit with those specs moving forward. I am really grateful.
