Looking at the conversations you have had with our support team, I can understand where this confusion is coming from. In fact, it is possible to customize your editing requests within the available services on your plan. We need to convert your visual requirements into standard settings in your account for each job so that our editors can understand and process your images without any subjectivity.
To give you a bit more context, we are not like other post-production companies, where a team of editors is given a brief, and then they edit a set of images. We have set up a digital assembly line where an image is moved from editor to editor depending on what skill is needed. Our editors will then process your orders according to your specification settings.
I understand that this might not be that intuitive for the first time, and that's where our support team is eager to step in and guide you through the platform. I really hope we can help you achieve your goals and elevate your experience with Pixelz.

Never again...
The pictures I submitted were better quality than what I got back. Complete waste of time and money. I needed product shots to upload to my website and they look so botched it is embarrassing. I thought you guys knew what to do for website photography so I have no clue what the thinking was behind the editing process. My products are white on white background, and what I got back was some of them have a pink or blue cast to them and they look like they are floating on a white background. Everything was just horrible. Not using you again.

This is a great company with a great idea. Their editing work is stellar!!! especially removing the background of an object , that is the most tedious work sometime and it’s critical for pitching to media. They are the best and now I don’t have to do all my editing work myself.
