Hicimos un pedido de anuario con compromiso de entrega antes de la finalización de las clases. Pedido con tiempo suficiente.
A día de hoy, finalizado el curso, el pedido no ha llegado y el trato cuando hemos llamado para informarnos no ha sido el correcto.
Poca seriedad y ningún compromiso.

Sono stato fregato da questa azienda:
Ho ordinato la stampa di 2500 biglietti da visita cm 5,5 x5,5 al costo di 40 euro. Come risulta nel loro ecommers.
Invece Mi hanno spedito solo 250 per lo stesso prezzo.
Ho contestato al loro ufficio ma è stato come parlare con nessuno. Ho trovato un muro di gomma, anche in queste cose così evidenti. Vergogna!
Di fatto mi hanno fatto un grosso imbroglio. Perché non ho né i soldi indietro né i bigliettini ordinati.
La mia azienda si chiama Bambuddha fusion Srl è posso dimostrare ciò che sto affermando. Ma è facile vederlo da voi perché è impossibile che 250 bigliettini da visita costino 40 euro.
Diffidate di questa azienda! Non comprate nulla perché i rischi di imbrogli sono dietro l’angolo. Io usavo comprare da loro ma visto il risultato negativo non comprerò mai più!

I ordered 6 foamex boards for an event we were hosting. Only 5 arrived on time. I know things go wrong but the customer service to find out what happened to the missing one is not good. It took a number of days to get confirmation that the item was lost and then I was asked if I would like a refund or a new item. My point is the customer service either don't action what is discussed as I had agreed with them the day before this question that I would like the missing item sending out again. Another case of a non UK business trying to make out that it is UK based and offering very poor customer service if things go wrong.

Far too expensive!
Their prices have more than doubled in about a year.
Cheaper elsewhere!

I have never left a Trustpilot review before but I really feel I must save someone else from the frustration and stress brought on by dealing with this company.

I ordered 2 batches of photobooks from Pixartprinting - 150 of one and 50 of the other, as gifts for our team. I worked on the design for 6 weeks, and had many many many discussions with various Pixartprinting team members about the design.

When the first batch of photobooks arrived, they had shifted the design back by one page, so pages that were designed as as double page spread were now printed back-to-back. Each double page spread was a carefully crafted design, and now the layout made no sense. They arrived the day we were meant to give them out to our entire team as gifts, and this completely ruined the day.

As there were clear written titles and descriptions on each page, it was an incredibly difficult mistake to have made, but somehow they managed it. We paid extra for a designer to check the design – this is clearly a scam payment, as any designer looking at the layout would have immediately seen how it was intended to be printed.

I immediately called them and asked them to halt the production on the second batch of printing, and tell me what went wrong with the first. They assured me they would review the production and ensure the second batch of books were printed correctly.

One week later, and I am still calling and emailing every day. The response is that the "internal review" is ongoing, but they assured me repeatedly that the second lot of books will be printed correctly and to ignore any "automatic emails" I'm receiving about the order being dispatched.

Today I received a phone call saying the second batch of books had arrived, at an incorrect address, and that they were also printed incorrectly.

I have truly never dealt with a company that has such incredibly inept and unhelpful customer service. I truly cannot fathom how a printing business that changes the client's design without asking is still in operation.

I've cried several times throughout this experience from pure frustration, and from the heat I've received from my bosses. I really hope by writing this I can stop even one person from experiencing this.

I am still waiting for someone to call me back. I will come back and update this once I have a resolution.

The worst customer service.

I placed an order specifically because they could deliver by the 7th May. I had an issue with payment and needed to be sent a separate payment link from their customer service team. I specified that I needed to make sure the order went through by the deadline for delivery on the 7th. I was assured this was OK.

After a long winded and frustrating exchange with customer service I have been told that my order was selected for delivery on the 13th. Which it categorically wasn’t. I imagine the deadline moved as the payment came in later but this was never explained to me. I will not need it after the 10th and have been asking for confirmation that I can have a refund, telling them I want to be able to cancel before it goes to print. No response other than being told to be patient.

Then today I’m told that it’s gone into print, it’ll be with me on the 13th and I can’t cancel the order as it’s in production.

Had customer services actually been responsive and spoken to me like a human being we would both have been in a better position.

I’ve saved two years for this exhibition on a shoestring budget out of my own pocket and they’ve ruined it because it’s too late for me to order a replacement and I can’t afford it without their refund.

Pirates. They kept me on the hook, waited to tell me the order had gone into production before telling me I couldn’t have a refund,

Ritardono a registrare i pagamenti, slittano i tempi di consegna, chiedono più soldi poi per riportare la consegna al tempo utile, rispondono alle email ogni 24 ore e quindi ritardano sempre di più le consegne. Servizio orrendo con un centralino che porta allo sfinimento per incompetenza. MAI PIÙ

Worst printing company I’ve ever used, they sent me the wrong order and I gave them the benefit of a doubt. Second time of my delivery they’ve again sent me someone else’s order which now means I have to refund all my customers who have pre ordered this product. No offer of compensation what an absolute joke! Don’t waste your time! I had more luck contacting the person whose order I received in mistake! Their response to this review doesn’t change my review of their service, a £50 voucher to use on their website does not suffice the loss of money I have incurred due to them twice sending me the wrong persons order. Why would anyone want to a voucher as compensation to a company who don’t carry out the services they apparently offer - money compensation would be beneficial this is not beneficial to me as I won’t be using this company again, it makes little sense to me and the lady who dealt with the complaint agreed she wouldn’t use the service again either and thought the voucher was pointless too.

The only website I could find that would print labels to the size I wanted. Delivered quickly and great quality, would use again

I placed an order with another company and printed 1000 business cards i the wrong design! Frustrated! I then found I was able to place an order for 1000 with Pixartprinting and it cost me one quarter of the price. Unbelievable. The quality doesn't quite match the first company but this was fantastic value for money and I will certainly use again and have also recommended to friends.

Long distance delivery was quick and efficient. Great product and great value.

I am into Photography & Designing business. I have ordered few prints from this company a couple of times and on both occassions, they surprised me with the amazing print quality they produce. Delivery takes between 1-2 weeks in the UK but with the work quality we recieve, I wouldn't mind waiting a little.
I usually don't leave reviews but I had to! Thats how impressive they are.

Very disappointed even though I have used you many times, logo on water is very small, banners is blurred. Very disappointed

The making of it wasn't easy it felt a little clunky but could be ironed out easy . They came and there surprisingly lovely cards thank you .
Could do with a few horror skull type of templates to chose but still cool
