Really nice graphics, but was disappointed in the fabric. More description is needed.

Ordered some business cards and some came discolored. Kept getting emails saying they required payment and were delaying shipping, despite me responding with proof of payment.

The ordering process was simple and the cards came out better than I could have hoped. They have very clean lines and really give the image I was wanting. They are thinner than previous cards I have ordered from other companies but the standard and quality is just as good. The price was awesome too.

Only downside (for which I removed a star) was slow response when there was an issue. When all goes according to plan it's a sure 5 stars.

My order before I paid the estimated delivery date was 4 July and I was informed there are delays and new estimated delivery date is 7 July when I check again the delivery address is 9 July for my order PIX-GF1-793915. I was never informed that changing an address would delay my order, and I have an event today I need those items asap. Oh I am so disappointed and regret trusting this company.

This company is always on hand to help with any questions or suggestions to make your order the best finishing product. Lots of choices to play around with if you want to do your own designs too, which is great. I have been using Pixartprinting for a number of years and keep coming back for their good offers in pricing and fast postal returns.

Waste of time, website is useless and i dont know how they are so big

Absolutely appalling experience with Pixartprinting. I’ve been chasing a £219.64 refund since 30 May 2025 across 19 transactions, and despite providing updated HSBC bank details immediately (my original card was cancelled), I’ve received no refund, no transaction reference, and no real action.

I’ve spoken to both Eugenia C. and Sabra, and most recently to Achref H., who gave me contradictory, vague, and dismissive responses. Here’s a sample of the shocking dialogue I endured:

"A year? A month? A week?"
"We do not wish to get back to you with vague information."
"Then why did your finance team send the refund to the wrong bank?"
"Refunds are automatic."
"So you ignored my repeated instructions to refund to HSBC?"
"It's how all banks work."
"That’s just stupid."
"Not stupid. Just how it works."

I asked very clearly:

Why didn’t your finance team process the refund manually as per my request?

If the first 4 transactions were wrongly refunded, why didn’t you stop the other 15 from going to the closed account?

They had plenty of warning. I told Sabra and reiterated to Achref: Send the full refund of £219.64 to my HSBC account, then sort out your internal errors. That was ignored.

Worse yet, I was told to contact the previous bank — one I’ve explicitly stated I won’t reopen an account with due to ethical reasons. No escalation to a manager. No direct contact. Just more “we’re working on it” while days and now weeks go by.

“How long?”
“That’s a response I cannot confirm. It takes a while.”

That’s not good enough. And it confirms: Pixartprinting does not learn from their mistakes.

If you care about getting your money back or being treated with respect — avoid Pixartprinting at all costs. I’ve now escalated to Citizens Advice and the UK International Consumer Centre for intervention.

Update [14th July 2025]: It’s extremely disappointing that Pixartprinting has failed to follow clear customer instructions regarding the refund process. Despite multiple communications and detailed bank information provided, no action was taken to ensure the refund reached the correct account.

To then ask whether the customer has received the refund—without confirming if it was ever sent to the right place—shows a lack of accountability and care. The responses I’ve received so far feel dismissive and unhelpful. This experience raises serious concerns. Proceed with caution.

Great price, good quality. Delivery was faster than expected - 6 days. Good email communication. Arrived on the day stated on email and a time slot was text through on the day of. Will use again.
