Good quality. Prompt. Easy to order. Range of specs. Responsive. Communicative.

I've had lots of leaflets and smaller jobs from Solopress but more recently I needed a booklet of around 60 pages. The instructions on the website about how to set up the copy were clear enough, but I hadn't factored in how I wanted to cover to look and if I wanted some blank pages and a few other small details. The team responsible for checking it all before going to press did a great job, noticed what I hadn't, got in touch with me and then offered step by step help to make sure the finished product was just what I wanted. I was more than impressed by this personal engagement and of course delighted with the outcome. And did I mention that it was all delivered on time, which also was incredibly quick.

Very disappointing experience. Staff either do not speak to each other, or they have lied to us on three separate occasions. Issues with the courier, Evri (useless), did not inform us when they would be delivering the goods, so they sent the goods back. Then told, were awaiting the delivery to be returned, but we were previously told the goods were in the warehouse, and then the same day goods arrived by another courier. Regarding the printing, we are ordering an A4 3-fold leaflets. The folds were very disappointing, you can see the white of the paper. Would not use again, although cheap, sometimes pays to pay a bit more

After a slow start (due to communication only possible via email), I finally had human contact with Zak.

Between Wednesday afternoon and Friday morning he managed to turn-arpund not 1, but 2 jobs! This was inspite of the problems with the artwork my designer provided!

We lost an entire day due to redesign, and I all but gave up on having any visual artwork for our private launch. However, Zak pulled out all the stops and my event on Sunday will go ahead with the visuals set out in my mood board!

All this at a price far more competitive than my other enquiries!

I continue to marvel almost every time I use Solopress. I regularly order my flyers and brochures from this company - all done on Canva - and the ease with which I can upload the designs and placed the order is amazing.
