5 stars everything went well, the first order had a small problem, I contacted them and they resolved it immediately, I fully recommend it, in the meantime I have already bought more things and I will definitely buy more

I called to ask about a delivery time when using the graphic service too. I was told a specific date which sounded perfect. Later in the day I double checked as I haven’t received anything from the graphic design service. Then I was informed that the promised delivery date won’t be available. I asked to cancel the order, the customer service lady said she would do that. Well, nothing happened. It’s a week later, and several messages to different people from the customer service and my order is still not cancelled. Also I still don’t have my money back. Apparently there is a technical problem.
I can’t believe it - this is the worst service I ever had. No communication unless I chase them and no order cancellation.

Never in my life have I experienced worse customer service and more questionable company practices. After lying to me about being able to fulfill my order on time, they randomly changed my delivery date to after my event! I obviously had to cancel the order and go with another company who was able to meet my request on time.

After requesting a refund, they had the cheek to ask me for my bank details—even though the original payment was made by credit card. In what world is that appropriate business practice? There is absolutely no reason for them to request this information from me. It’s very suspicious.

After calling to demand an explanation for why they wanted my bank details, they stopped responding altogether. If I don’t receive my refund soon, I will be escalating this matter. Absolutely criminal behavior. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know never to use this company.

As a first time business starter, I have never been creative or been confident to use printing facilities for big jobs/ for my own self. With so many printing companies on market (little overwhelming to decide on quality and value), as a first time order for important flyers PixartPrinting made it really straight forward on their website, selecting delivery dates, order came right on time as expected, and Im super happy with how my leaflets came out. THANK YOU. 

In reply to.my complaint re - repeated failure to fulfil my contract agreement- ETS shipping - Pixartprinting were absolutely unhelpful, did not apologise & offered NO RESOLUTION. Poor Poor Poor service- what a waste of £85

I wasn't aware until after the order had been placed the the t-shirt would take 4 weeks for delivery. A crazy length of time when you can get them off Amazon for the same amunt and in under 1 week

Cheap but rubbish . You end up paying twice because the artwork crashes and then the system times out and they send it to printing prices are constantly changing discounts everywhere so you end up paying more when the system updates looks like the whole thing is just an AI system with no humans and when you trying to phone anyone spent 20 minutes on the phone getting through to someone that says computer says no

The website is great, the ordering process is spot on, and they deliver a high quality product when they say they are going to.

This has been one of the most frustrating online ordering experiences I’ve had. I’ve tried multiple times to upload my artwork for a sign, and every single upload keeps getting rejected with no clear explanation. The system just blocks the file without telling me what’s wrong or how to fix it. I’ve reformatted the design repeatedly, but the guidelines aren’t clear and customer service hasn’t been helpful—they only refer me back to the same vague upload requirements. After days of back and forth, I’m still waiting for my artwork to be accepted, and the whole process feels like a waste of time. For a professional printing company, I expected better communication and support.

I purchase a design service for the cover of a 15 copies of a diary of 60 pages, i have recieved one proposal for an incorrect book, then i ask a second and again wasn't the correct front page, so I cancelled the order and request full refund. they reply that the desing work was carreid out so this part couldn't be reimbourse.

Good communication throughout the order. I ordered just before a bank holiday and it didn't look as if the order could be fulfilled in time. The company kept me informed throughout - and the order arrived early! I ordered business cards but to give out to children in schools for motivation. It was a quality product - nice thick card with clear, bright printing.

Il servizio di assistenza non mi è parso attento: nei tre giorni successivi alla mia segnalazione ho ricevuto risposte frammentarie e mai realmente risolutive, a volte senza essere richiamato come mi aspettavo. Inizialmente mi è stato detto che c’era un errore nel file da me inviato, ma successivamente la spiegazione è stata diversa (non avrei utilizzato il canale “corretto” per cercare di annullare l’ordine, avendo inviato io una richiesta di supporto anzichè telefonare). Inoltre, ho scoperto che il portale non consente di annullare un ordine una volta caricato il file: a mio avviso questa è una grande limitazione. Dopo oltre 20 anni di collaborazione positiva con Pixart, sono rimasto amareggiato dal trattamento ricevuto.

Disappointed with how the display was packaged. The corners were damaged and the print had rubbed off where it had moved around. I had assumed the display would be shipped within the UK but it arrived from Italy, this information should be more clearly available.

Very cost effective, quality for the price was good, delivery was efficient and early.
Process of uploading item to be published was good.

Pros:
We have been using this company for years and the platform is even more use easier to use to send your proof ready PDF for print prices are great deliveries is good.

Cons:
If they give you a date for delivery, expect delivery to be on that day providing they ship with DHL. On the other hand if they ship with UPS, I suggest you add an additional one or two days, even if they did not say this to you - it’s just how the UPS service is.

I had great experience in the past, however my last 2 orders have been abismal.

I placed order and upon upload of art realized I purchased wrong product. 3min after I placed order I requested to cancel. Then next morning told that I'm to late and order is in production. I never received a proof to approve this time and now they refuse to refund me. At the same time time they keep rejecting my other order for no reason.

Extreme disapointed in their approach. By the way their cancellation policy on their own website stipulation a 30min cancellation period.

Mi servo da anni di questa azienda per stampare di tutto e da anni non posso che notare un continuo miglioramento sotto tutti i punti di vista, dsl servizio clienti al prodotto finale. Davvero incredibili'
