Good products & delivery options like express delivery at a higher price.
They offer a broad range of services and products with many options to it.

The warning: There is a "PRO file check & fix" option you can add. Make sure to take a printscreen of it.
IT doesn't show in the invoice and if you ask for them to adjust what's included in the service they can claim that you did not pay for it.

This has happened more than twice now.
Lack of transparency.
Makes me think twice if I want to work long term.

This company is a scam. The delivery times on the page when you purchase the item are complete fiction, and the "estimated delivery" given once you actually order and pay is different. They will not cancel, amend, or expidite orders once placed. This means I am left with an order of notebooks for an event, which I ordered based on the website saying I would receive them before the event, but the confirmaiton email after I paid said would not be delivered until the week AFTER the event. Customer service refused to help in any way, either by email or phone, even when I threatened to dispute my payment and report them to trading standards.

Also, the website is confusing & upload process very clunky.

In future I will be sticking to instantprint. The prices from pixartprint seem too good to be true because they are.

Leaflets arrived damaged, I've tried emailing to resolve this twice and no answer. Will not be using again.

This was my first time using them and my experience was really good. I was a little confused when it came to uploading my items, but customer service were so helpful and lovely. I received my items and they turned out great!

I have lost 3 customers in the last 3 months because of this company's mistakes and stealing of materials.
The 20k flyer I ordered on 170gsm paper arrived printed on 150gsm paper. Their response to my objection was more stupid than the theft. They claimed the paper lost weight after printing and still claimed the paper was 170gsm.

Ordered item took ages for them to acknowledge receiving payment, item delivered with every card having a big smudge down the middle. Sent in a complaint, they agreed to refund which again took ages and lots of chasing up. In the end, although the items were not worth anything as they looked unprofessional, I only received a fraction of refund. Told I had to pay exchange rate and bank fees. Would never use again or recommend really bad customer service.

Spent hours designing a leaflet for the website to fail and to lose all of the work

5 stars everything went well, the first order had a small problem, I contacted them and they resolved it immediately, I fully recommend it, in the meantime I have already bought more things and I will definitely buy more

I called to ask about a delivery time when using the graphic service too. I was told a specific date which sounded perfect. Later in the day I double checked as I haven’t received anything from the graphic design service. Then I was informed that the promised delivery date won’t be available. I asked to cancel the order, the customer service lady said she would do that. Well, nothing happened. It’s a week later, and several messages to different people from the customer service and my order is still not cancelled. Also I still don’t have my money back. Apparently there is a technical problem.
I can’t believe it - this is the worst service I ever had. No communication unless I chase them and no order cancellation.

Never in my life have I experienced worse customer service and more questionable company practices. After lying to me about being able to fulfill my order on time, they randomly changed my delivery date to after my event! I obviously had to cancel the order and go with another company who was able to meet my request on time.

After requesting a refund, they had the cheek to ask me for my bank details—even though the original payment was made by credit card. In what world is that appropriate business practice? There is absolutely no reason for them to request this information from me. It’s very suspicious.

After calling to demand an explanation for why they wanted my bank details, they stopped responding altogether. If I don’t receive my refund soon, I will be escalating this matter. Absolutely criminal behavior. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know never to use this company.
