Εξαιρετική και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση σε τηλεφωνικό αίτημα από το υποκατάστημα της Πειραιώς στη Σταυρούπολη. Η υπάλληλος ξεχώρισε για την άμεση ανταπόκριση στο αίτημά μου και την ευγένειά της.

Κάλεσα εξυπηρέτηση πελατών,
Ενώ μιλούσαμε μου έκλεισε
τηλέφωνο απλά μου είπε σας ευχαριστούμε γεια σας χωρίς να έχει υπάρξει κάποια παρεξήγηση η οτιδήποτε ,
παράλογη αντιμετώπιση…

They charge 0.50€ for transfers within the EU although this goes against the SEPA regulations

Το κατάστημα Πειραιώς Καλαμάτας παρουσιάζει μια εικόνα εντελώς απαράδεκτη για τραπεζικό οργανισμό. Οι υπάλληλοι δείχνουν ξεκάθαρα ότι δεν έχουν διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν, λειτουργούν σαν να κάνουν αγγαρεία και αντιμετωπίζουν τον πολίτη με αδιαφορία. Η δε «διευθύντρια» επιδεικνύει συμπεριφορά που δεν συνάδει ούτε με επαγγελματισμό ούτε με στοιχειώδη ευγένεια. Η συνολική εμπειρία ήταν απογοητευτική, προσβλητική και εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματική.

Be extremely careful at Piraeus Bank on Kos. The staff lie to your face to hit sales targets. They forced me to pay €35 for a useless insurance policy, claiming it was mandatory to open a card. This is a total scam. Some of my colleagues were forced to pay too, while others got the exact same card completely free. When I cancelled it 3 months later, the employee just lied to cover it up. They aggressively target foreigners who don’t speak Greek to steal their money. Refuse any insurance!

After years of successful use, I was locked out of the Piraeus app. Help desk is actually a misnomer, eventually I was transferred to the nearest branch to me which is over an hour away, supposing I had access to a vehicle. I was shunted through various personnel until I was finally told they were unable to help me and I would need to appear in person before my problem could be resolved. By this stage I was undeniably frustrated so asked how I might be able to close my account. Immediately I was put through to a staff member who actually resolved my difficulty and restored my access. Nothing that an expensive 45 minute call couldn’t fix in the last three minutes. Unbelievable experience!

Terrible bank like every bank in Greece I had to go to a store to update my banking information and still their system didn’t update them.If you need a loan or a credit card good luck if you work minimum wage, they will ask you to prove them why you don’t need it

I went 5 times to Piraeus bank and every time they asked for new documents. This is not branch related, I went to this bank in Athens, Thessaloniki and Kavala. Last time I asked a paper with everything I needed in order to get a bank account. I made sure I had everything but was still sent away because they said I needed 2 Greek people as witnesses. I just moved to Kavala, so they want me to pull 2 random strangers from the street and show them my personal financial data? This bank should not be allowed to exist. Colleagues with a different skin color were asked amounts ranging from 50 to 100 € in order to open an account. STAY AWAY from this "bank"

Laughable customer service, misleading and fraudulent practices. The let you know on Friday afternoon at 17.15 that an insurance is due on Sunday so you have no chance of calling in to cancel it as call centres don't work at the weekend. Following Monday there is no way to speak to a representative about insurances. They make you speak to the actual insurance company and the latter says that if your contract is with piraeus you need to speak to them! Back in Piraeus again no way to speak to someone about insurances. Worse than customer service in Uganda I'll bet!

I have always had a great experience with the Mytilene branch of Piraeus. Maria Sarantou in particular was incredibly helpful and solved my problems quickly and effectively

They will charge you crazy amounts randomly, if you don't keep your accounts in check, you are doomed. It is like dealing with a fraudulent enterprise

I am living in Sweden and I only wish I could get this kind of customer support here. First, Mr Siamanis from the Moschato branch (2139) was amazingly helpful, quick and extremely professional. Second, the telephone support also delivered efficiently regarding a separate issue related to passwords.

If there was a no star rating I would have picked it!
No customer service at all. I called to ask them what's wrong with the money I was expecting from EFCA ( money back from my father's in law funeral service) as a representative of my husband, with an official authorisation from greek authorities and they locked the internet banking! They can't understand that not everyone is an expert in web services, and YES old people use ME to help them! You can't make any call to local bank branches, to make an appointment has a long line of waiting. I wish that greek government was real and punish this hideous bank

Συνεχές πρόβλημα με σύνδεση στο e banking!!!!

1. ενημέρωση στοιχείων 3φορα και ακομα δεν έγινε, οι υπάλληλοι απλα δεν την έκαναν. 2. ραντεβου μονο μεσω e-baking a. γιατι χρειαζομαι ραντεβού β. δεν εχω e-banking g. επικοινωνώ με το κατάστημα και η απαντηση ειναι μέσω e-banking 3. προσπαθω να βγαλω ακρη τηλεφωνικός, αδικος κόπος παιδιά χειρότεροι είναι, εντελώς ανημερωτοι. Απο τις χειρότερες τράπεζες!!!!!!!!!!!

Η κυρία Μαρία Μυλοπούλου στο κατάστημα της Τράπεζας Πειραιώς στον Αρχάγγελο ήταν εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετική. Με βοήθησε να ενημερώσω τα στοιχεία μου με μεγάλη υπομονή, εξηγώντας μου το κάθε βήμα με σαφήνεια. Τα αγγλικά της είναι άριστα, κάτι που με διευκόλυνε πολύ. Ευγενική, επαγγελματίας και πρόθυμη — τιμή για το κατάστημα. Σας ευχαριστώ, Μαρία.

The one star is for Yianni, the one employee in Piraeus Bank in Rhodes town who took the time to help my friend with his query. The manager Kyria Stavrou was so unbelievably rude and condescending that she made me laugh out loud. I am so happy to see that other people have given similarly low marked reviews. We went to the branch to check why my friend had received a text demanding a certain amount of money be paid and the female manager spoke to him as if he were a piece of dirt on her shoe. All he wanted was a statement to show why that amount was due and she blamed him for not having on line banking and not having paid attention to what she’d said when he was last at the branch. He had no recollection of ever having met her before. I wish my Greek was better as I would have “wiped the floor with her” to use a very apt English expression. I bank with Alpha; they’re far from perfect but vastly superior to Piraeus Bank as far as customer service is concerned.

Unable, unwilling and extrem unfrindly!!! Never again...!!!!

The greek banks are probably competing of which one can provide the worst services. Insanely bad customer service and very complicated systems.
