Margaritas for Cinco de Mayo party
We bought a box of the Spicy Margaritas to have at a party and they were a HUGE success! Everyone loved them as they were something a bit different, but it really helped that we could just put them into pitchers and people could help themselves rather than having to make batches ourselves. Would really recommend!

Hi Claire,
Thank you so much for your message, and I’m really sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
We always aim to reply as quickly as possible, but as we work through messages from oldest to newest, having a few ongoing email chains meant yours was unfortunately getting pushed to the top each time, which caused a bit of a delay on our end. I completely understand how frustrating that must have been and I’m so sorry for the inconvenience!
We’re on it now and will make sure everything is followed up properly. Thank you again for your patience—it really means a lot.
Warmly,
The Pimentae Team x

Buying online was easy and as an added bonus I received a discount. Product as always great quality.
Very disappointed with Yodel. I was not at home when advised of the delivery and there was no option to have my order left at a safe place, delivered to a neighbour or to rearrange the delivery date. Extremely inconvenient.

Hi there,
Thank you so much for your lovely words about our product and your experience shopping with us—we’re so glad you found it easy and got to enjoy a cheeky discount too!
We're really sorry to hear about the issues with Yodel. That definitely doesn't match the smooth experience we want for our customers, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We’re always working to improve and will pass this feedback on to our courier partners.
Thanks again for your support—it means the world to our small team 💛
Warmly,
