No 'PillowNap' label - is this a genuine 'Pillownap' article?

Elephant arrived in good time but it was vacuum packed in such a small package that the stuffing will take ages to re-distribute! Also, there is no 'PillowNap' label on the item, which the older items used to have, so how do I know that this is a genuine 'PillowNap' article? There are at least 4 other companies selling this exact same item with a lot of the same pictures in the advertisements so it looks as if they are all made in the same Chinese factory. Don't 'Pillownap' put their own labels on their goods anymore?

Lovely elephant arrived eventually

The elephant is lovely. Very soft and cuddly.

I paid the £3.95 for the 4-7 day delivery (9-15 day delivery was free.)
Elephant was delivered after 13 days. Really annoying.

Don’t order for a birthing gift too close to the due date.

Not good at all 😠 not the right…

Not good at all 😠 not the right height, no stuffing cheap and nasty and I paid £35 for it and have seen the same but better in B&M for £12, trying to return it and get my money back is a joke, no one wants to know and you have to send it back to china on a tracker which costs as much as I paid for it with no guarantee

We are very sorry that you had such a bad experience with us... We can see that we asked you for photos of the product that was not as expected but we didn't receive them. We always take into account if something is wrong and make the best decision for our customers (most times a refund).

Also, we don't know if some stores are selling similar items like ours for much cheaper and we can't guarantee you the same good quality. We are the main seller of these items.
