The glasses are reasonably effective (severe protonopia) however the fit and feel of the frame is poor. They look and feel like glasses you wear at the cinema.

Ich kann nichts gutes berichten. Habe bei Pilestone germany mit de Homepage eine Brille mit 3-7 Tagen Lieferzeit bestellt. Nachdem Tag 7 um war und die Ware nicht ankam, schaute ich in die Sendungsverfolgung. Nach 7 Tagen war der Artikel in Mancester. Deutsche Homepage, Versand jedoch aus England. 25,05 Euro Zollgebühren plus 6 Euro Auslagen wären hinzugekommen, Lieferzeit ca. 14 Tage. Ich habe die Brille beim Zoll liegen lassen und Paypal das Problem geschildert. Hier wird der Kunde arglistig und vorsätzlich getäuscht. Super Service von Paypal, Geld zurückerhalten.

Well, the glasses didn't work for me, I felt an orange-tinted world was just too different. Cannot fault them for their refund policy which is honest and straightforward.

I bought these glasses for my son who is really pleased with them. His first experience was one of how strange the new colours were to him as his eyes were being adjusted so much. I’ll know for sure how good they are when I see how often he wears them. Thank you.

I bought a glasses and I had to pay extra money to the carrier to receive the glasses, 38,72€ extra. This was not notified when making the purchase.

Versand und Support sind total chaotisch.

Habe eine Brille als Geburtstagsgeschenk bestellt, Lieferzeit etwa eine Woche. Nach drei Wochen war immer noch nichts da und wir standen ohne das eigentliche Geschenk dar.

Der Support redet sich nur raus und das Geld...? Habe ich per PayPal- Käuferschutz eingefordert.

Über die Qualität des Produktes kann ich daher nicht viel sagen.

Keine wesentliche Verbesserung eingetreten und die Zollgebühren werden beim Bestellen nicht angegeben... damit überrascht einen dann der Paketbote.

Glasses are a hit. Seeing the world with more vibrancy. Glad it works for these eyes as I know it doesn't work for everyone straight away.

Habe die Brille Anfang Dezember bestellt. Bis heute noch NICHT eingegangen.
Auf Anfrage Ende Dezember hieß es, das die Brille in Deutschland angekommen ist. Und sie bald kommt.
Auf meine Nachfrage in dieser Woche kam KEINE Antwort mehr.
Es sollte eigentlich ein Weihnachsgeschenk werden.
Bin sauer und enttäuscht.

No difference. Just a dear pair of glasses

I placed the order with a mistake in selecting the right glasses type and size. I immediately sent an email and a message from the customer support section of the site within minutes of placing the order requesting updating it with correct glasses and no one responded.. a couple of days later tried to cancel the order .. all without any responses or cooperation. Now I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks and still haven’t received the glasses in order to return them

The glasses came really quickly - they are a Xmas present for my son so he hasn’t tried them yet. But really happy with the service.

The people who responded to me about the glasses I was buying were very helpful. Unfortunately I bought them for someone who didn’t find them suitable for a number of reasons my purchase was a mistake but I have been given a full refund . I will recommend pilestone.

First, the lenses are not working for me, so I emailed to arrange return and get refunded, which is the only way to return per their website. I have waited more than a week and no response. Since then, I wrote couple more times to request but I didn't get any responses. They don't have UK phone number, or address that I can contact.

UPDATE - (Since pilesonte asked to update my review,) Pilestone got back to me. They gave me return instruction and made a full refund, which is a positive experience.
I still believe that there are a bit more improvement for Pilestone to make regarding customer services, such as, providing contact phone numbers on the website, sending out the acknowledgment when they receives customer's emails, and etc.

I want to return my order and have had absolutely NO response from you in the UK.
I will return good and await my full refund.

I have now been contacted by Pilestone and I have received my refund.

They actually work! My husbands can see the colours, objects have definition,he has called out branch's within trees, patterns and brighter colours with more colours than he has previously seen. Throughly enjoyed the clarity of the football!
