i was pleased with the whole experience from the website & ordering but also the thoughtful aftercare emails, nothing too pushy but enough to be personal, add to that the scarf & gloves i ordered were exactly as described & just what my wife needed.

Very helpful when I wanted to swap…

Very helpful when I wanted to swap something for another size, explained I really wanted a certain colour and size for a Christmas present but it was out of stock, they said they would reserve it once it came back in stock so I didn’t miss ordering incase it went out of stock again, arrived in perfect time for Christmas. Quality of clothing excellent and not expensive.

I received my order in a timely fashion and the items I ordered (pjs) are a great quality and fit for myself and my partner. It was a nice touch from Pierre Francis to email me thanking me for my order which was lovely :)
