Fantastic place couldn't fault it Staff were really good Good service when we required it hot tub ready when we arrived lovely stay

I never have experienced with any restaurant, I had booking at 8.45pm I am waiting on out side for more than 1/2 hours , that is very bad never coming back to this restaurant

I ordered a necklace and it’s been 20 days after ordering 1-5 day shipping , contacted there instagram and emailed twice , no response and now my order tracking has been taken off the app “shop”. There also hasn’t been a post on there instagram for a year and haven’t seen a review since march , don’t order from
This website .

Delivery Service was quick with no issues , one of the items was marked , sent pictures , was disappointed that I wasn’t offered a free return due to the damaged goods and as of yet no refund !
Still no word about refund , not replying to emails !

I've given 2 stars because I've ordered with them before and had no issues, but last order was disappointing.

They sent me the wrong order, didn't receive a response to my wrong order email and had to call. I asked if I could receive what I originally ordered and was told I couldn't, and I just have to send back my order for a refund. In fairness to the caller, she was straight to the point and got me what I needed to send it back, but it was just a disappointing experience.

Sadly, a very poor experience.
Hefty delivery fee for a pair of sunglasses (6.99) but price looked good. 8 days later still no delivery. I contacted customer service who said they would sort it on the next working day as they hadn’t found the stock. I heard nothing. I emailed 3 days later.. no response at all. After a total of 14 days from order a refund receipt issued to me. No real explanation and certainly there was no response to the second email.
I still have yet to receive the refund. I’ll give them 3 more working days before I contact my bank and start a claim.
Worst thing is - the sunglasses are still up for sale on their site.

Great clothes - just really sad that it now appears to be turning into another Flannels who have always had a bad rep in Manchester.

Ordered a couple of Belstaff overshirts. Great price as we're in a sale and well packaged upon arrival. Would have been 5* if not for the slightly steep postage given it wasn't the quickest too arrive.

I left some items in my cart yesterday to buy today. I have been trying to reach website and so my cart but the website automatically redirects me to Flannels today. I cannot sign in with my Aphrodite user details, the products I picked are also not available in Flannels website. Could not find a clue in the Internet about this issue.

The usual good quality garment from Paul Smith. The usual great service from Aphrodite.

Some constructive criticism:
I’m starting to look at alternative websites due to the high cost of delivery. I’m sure I’m not alone in thinking that £6.99 for delivery is too expensive.

That said, great service!!

I bought a pair of Converse x Comme des Garçons PLAY trainers. They came beautifully packed, on time and perfect. I bought over a bank holiday weekend, so dropped the team a line to enquire about any shipping delays, fast response and they arrived on time with no fuss. This is my new favourite shop.

Ordered some Arigato trainers that were unfortunately the wrong size. The shoes were returned but told had been worn so couldn't be refunded. The pictures provided showed minimal dust on the trainers from being worn inside to try the shoes on. Even exchanging the trainers for the correct size was turned down and I'm being charged the full amount. Still don't fully understand their thinking, shocking customer service.

Brilliant quality garments and arrived in a flash. Highly recommend

The ordering process and delivery was fine. unfortunately the item I ordered was too small and I therefore returned the item. No problems with the refund and good communication.

Ordered some Birkenstock clogs and when they arrived one was very visibly a different colour to the other. Emailed their customer service team with a picture who in fairness responded quickly and advised the shoe may have being on display in one of the physical stores which seems very plausible.
Any company that firstly sells display item online and secondly doesn't even bother to do a quality check before delivery to a customer speaks volumes so I will completely be avoided this company when it pops up on my feed again.
