Printer would not connect. Support no help either. Their online video instructions were not accurate and could only connect via blue-tooth. Eventually managed to sort and teh print quality was pretty bad. Have sent the printer back. Perhaps I had a dodgy one?!

J'ai une phoméno M834, super pratique, facile et économique. J'ai eu recours au service client, un mail envoyé avec une réponse rapide, efficace et super aimable. Donc je recommande non seulement le site phoméno et le matériel en tout cas l'imprimante que j'ai sans hésiter.

My printer stopped working properly months ago. I contacted the manufacturer and through many emails they refused to help me with their product's cause of malfunctioning. I mean I would hate to think they have no clue/knowledge about their own products. Completely unprofessional. I will never buy another one of their products ever again. They proved to me and showed me I need to seek a better product elsewhere.

Esta empresa não possui nenhuma responsabilidade perante ao seu comercio, deixando-me com um equipamento defeituoso após uma atualização qualquer. ainda estou a espera que troquem o meu equipamento ou que devolvam o meu dinheiro, pois os mesmos só respondem com respostas automáticas de desculpas.

We had problems with Bluetooth connectivity with an M110 printer and Phomemo was exceptionally good with quick response and advice. It turned out that it was our confusion with software but the service from Phomemo customer support and following their advice resulted in us finding what was going wrong and problem was immediately solved. I am puzzled that there are so many negative reports for this company , as our experience was a very good one indeed and the printer has been working well for two years now so also puzzled with amount of defective or malfunctioning product. As for customer service, our experience was very good with excellent response with company even following up to see if we were still ok and see if their advice had helped us solve the issue we had experienced.

FUJA DESTA MARCA COMO O DIABO DA CRUZ!!! A minha impressora começou a dar problemas logo após uma atualização qualquer, provavelmente feita por um bêbado. O suporte é uma piada de mau gosto, uma afronta à inteligência humana. Ou me ignoram completamente, como se eu fosse um fantasma, ou me respondem com um cinismo que me faz ter vontade de esmurrar a tela do computador. NÃO COMPREM, A MENOS QUE QUEIRAM TRANSFORMAR A VOSSA VIDA NUM INFERNO NA TERRA!!!

2 boxes Clear plastic printer paper which don't print correctly and impossible to tear even though web site says "Easy Tear" contacted store and their attitude was USE SCISSORS TO CUT! the did eventually agree to swap but sent 2 packs of white rolls that are half price to clear plastic rolls. Don't buy their stuff it's poor quality and Customer Service very poor

I have wasted hours on this printer trying to print on both my phone and pc.
it will connect but then the next time you try to use it it will not connect. total waste of time and money.
have printed a few pages since buying , great idea but just not functioning properly. very frustrating.

I only were able to print one label right it's really crappy I do not recommended at all

Phomemo website is brilliant I have bought 2 different sized printers from them as well as a range of labels over the past year. It is great fun printing price labels etc. for my little business, they have a great range of designs too.
The staff are very helpful answering questions (Fifi was great 😊) thank you!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I regret purchasing the Phomemo M220, the only app that supposedly works with this - PrintMaster - is unreliable and more often than not hangs, or does not even give me settings or tools when open, or does not even save when I try save a label.

Acabo de comprar la impresora y entiendo que haya funciones no disponibles sin suscripción, pero solamente me ha dejado imprimir una etiqueta de prueba y ya no me deja hacer más sin pagar, es un secuestro en toda regla!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Phomemo. I purchased a “Phomemo D30 Portable Bluetooth Label Maker” at the advertised price of €18.39, which included a premium bundle. However, without my consent, Phomemo canceled my order and issued a refund, citing a pricing error on their website.

Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this issue directly with their customer service, including requests to escalate the matter to a supervisor, all I received were repetitive responses offering a 20% discount for a future order instead of honoring the original purchase. This is unacceptable and does not align with fair consumer practices.

I have tried to explain that I did not request a refund and expect the company to honor the advertised price at which the product was purchased. Unfortunately, my efforts have been met with scripted replies and no genuine attempt to resolve the situation.

Phomemo’s unwillingness to address this issue or provide proper customer service is frustrating and unfair. I am sharing this experience to warn other potential customers about the lack of accountability and poor service.

I hope Phomemo will reconsider their approach and provide a satisfactory resolution to this matter. If not, I will have no choice but to escalate this further with consumer protection agencies and consider other actions.

Please advise if there is anyone at Phomemo who can assist with this issue more effectively.

I recently purchased the M832 Thermal printer. As it sometimes happens with electronics it developed a mechanical problem. I contacted customer service through the chat feature. The response has been very professional and helpful with prompt follow up.

Great little gadget for labelling. Small and sleek looking device. Good size label a well

As i'm reading reviews i see some don't understand what means thermal printer.
Mine 241BT works flawlessly. I bought it for printing of postage labels and it is doing its job perfectly.

I had a little problem with determining length of label, but with help of Phomemo support and quick firmware update even this now works perfect.

For future buyers, DYOR what you are buying and what is it for thermal printer.
Phomemo definitely gave me great experience with their product and customer service.

LOVE the concept!!! Not thrilled with the quality of the pics, the battery life, nor the numerous steps it takes to print a pic! But love the ease of changing the paper and the cost of the paper!!!
