I purchased my first D30 printer 2 years ago

I purchased my D30 printer 2 years ago. It did not print clearly. The characters were not evenly black and just not completely formed.
After going back and forth with Customer Service a few times as they had me take photos of the print head and clean it and try again, they did send me a new printer. It did take over a month, and a reminder email, but I finally received a new printer. The only problem is that it doesn’t print any better than the first. I love the compact size and light weight because I often have to carry it with me. I would like to purchase another but just don’t have the confidence. I’m going to check if maybe they have a similar model but a little more expensive that may be of better quality. The only reason I would consider purchasing from this company again is because Customer Service was responsive to my emails and reasonable to deal with excluding the long time it took for the second printer to arrive.
By the way when troubleshooting both printers I tried several different rolls of labels and made sure the battery was fully charged.

Really pleased that I purchased it

Really pleased that I purchased the M221 printer, it has worked well. Chosen because it can do 20-75mm wide labels, which are pretty big.
The software on my phone has linked with the printer faultlessly, and seems very logical. It's easy to produce smart looking designs that print out exactly as displayed. The software needs to be clearer about where designs are saved and offer an option to keep them locally in the device. The login is a bit clunky and I lost a lot of designs that were saved in the app, I guess they were store remotely.
The image handling is good and the choice of fonts and clipart is extensive. Overall very pleased with it.

Might be useful for printing a page at time on the go, otherwise terrible

Might be useful for printing a page at a time, but the roll is terrible; ran out trying to print 20 pages, which took it about 10 minutes- this thing is slow and loud. It warns you if you want to print 10 or more pages, really indicative of the usage case. It can only do single-side, so much for my hope of less tree-killing. And even on heavy print some of the text is not very legible. The paper is tissue-thin receipt paper.

Not recommended for anything but portable phone printing for low-quality pages.

Their label printers are fine but using this thing via roll (with no indication of where pages end, so good luck cutting it up and not ending up with a curled up roll of mismated length pages) or pages loaded one by one that don’t line up (it just prints at an angle if not aligned perfectly, you must do this for each page) is miserable. It was a gift and I wish I could return it.

Awful

Awful, JUNK! They pay people to lie and say it’s great, but mine never worked from the beginning after charging. Sad because they were for a classroom. I’ll tell all the teachers not to buy it

Bestellung nicht angekommen, kein Kundenservice erreichbar

Meine Bestellung wurde, laut UPS an eine falsche Adresse geschickt und da diese nicht existiert wurde diese wieder zurück ins Lager gesendet. Mehrmals habe ich nun versucht den Kundenservice zu erreichen und die Bestellung an meine korrekte Adresse umzuleiten oder mein Geld wiederzubekommen. Leider habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.

Label maker

Bought a label maker for my daughter for Christmas from that company through Amazon she was so happy to see it and she wanted to use it straight away so we installed the app and tried to connect it wouldn't connect and there were scratches on the screen I also got a printer from them through Amazon for Christmas we tried that and it connected straight away so the label maker is defective I emailed the company they said to send them pictures and proof of purchase so I did and they said I might be entitled for a replacement but then they said that I'm not they did say they will give me a refund but I wanted them to send a replacement so my daughter could use it soon it ruined her day

Totally unsuitable for text

Totally unsuitable for text. Is not readable! You asked me for an explanation of the low rating. Scanning text is only suitable for 2 words on the small stickers that come with the device. You can hardly call that a text scanner. Nice for a 2 word text

Unter Windows werden keine Treiber…

Unter Windows werden keine Treiber gefunden, obwohl installiert. Das gilt für meinen alten HP (2013) genauso wie für meinen neuen, 14 Tagen, alten HP. Bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme des HP konnte ich einmal drucken, danach nicht mehr. Funktioniert nur noch über Handy.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for faulty printer

The printer stopped working after a couple of months of very low usage. The connection with Bluetooth is faulty and the printer is not seen by the app. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting suggested online to no result. Customer services does not reply to emails and I’m left with a faulty tool that I will eventually need to dispose of. Would not recommend.

Arrived Broken :-(

After waiting 3 weeks for my M02 pro, it arrived faulty. After following the instructions for charging with 5volt converter, it won’t charge for more than a minute then turns off. Can’t print or do anything. Totally useless. I am very disappointed and want my money back.

RESULTS EVENTUALLY FADE

Printers ok for labels but people need to take in the fact that these THERMAL printers do not use ink and consequently the image fades over TIME when exposed to light

All they do is focusing in making the sale and not the customer's needs

First they advirtise their stuff as all Bluetooth capable then you will be surprised to learn that your printer isn't Bluetooth capable.
Order made May 31st had a hard time to find their contact info so in may 2nd i called the junk customer service they couldn't help saying they can't cancel the order and that they dont have access. I emailed the address they gave me and the answer was we can't cancel it the order is packed. At that time the order was still in the warehouse but they refused to cancel.

They shipped the order so they can make the sale then i said i am not getting it and this isn't what i need they told me to get it give it a try fhen if there is something i will return it. After that they told me that if i want to return i have to pay shipping myself from Canada to China.

Do not buy from them there is competition that is selling the same products and better with a very good customer service good price more transparency and a bunch of options.

You can’t use it for journaling

You can’t use it for journaling. I watched their video reviews where they were printing and using papers, stickers for journaling, etc before purchasing a product. But when I did the same thing it faded away after only a few months. I was shocked when I opened my scrapbook. I contacted them, but it didn’t help. I wish I didn’t believe all these videos.

Purchased Bulk quantity for sale on amazon. As advertised on website for B2B sale support I requested them documents. They said they will not send any documents to me. Said "You cannot enjoy all benefits of sale from our side with an authorization letter to sale the product. Very rude response.
Am stuck with my product for amazon approval.
