Printer M08f - it is portable, heavy though. And it is infuriating to use. App is cumbersome, documents need to be uploaded to print, often it is impossible. When it does work, it prints only one page, then you have to cancel print job and start over. Wastes a lot of expensive thermal paper. Printing from a macbook air is impossible, it never works, constantly offline. This printer is absolute garbage and going into the trash.

BE AWARE!!! Been using the Print Master app for over 5 years! Now I can no longer recover any of my saved important information addresses! Told by customer support it will now ONLY save your labels for 6 months, rendering it USELESS!! So angry I have lost this information. Please don't learn the hard way like myself! Just AVOID!

Connecting with their 'print master' app is simple. But than..!!..
Phomemo's 'Print Master app' is realy a disaster.
The app is difficult and not user-friendly.
Finally you've made a simple label and than starts the annoyances. They force you to get a perscription for no less than € 31,- .. per year. They blocked printing, unless you get that perscription. Ridiculous! All that for a few labels per year.
We bought a M110 and several labels for approximately € 100,-.
It's almost criminal and we are very disappointed......
Don't buy it in combination with that 'Print Master app'. Waste of your money.... !

Why is it that I have to pay a subscription just to get rid of a watermark on the paper I should not have to pay I just want a printer to print my documents and why should I be made to use a trial.

Garbage. Have owned for a month, maybe used it 4/5 times and now it refuses to charge. Haven't exceeded the voltage, tried multiple different cables and outlets, but nothing. Total waste of money.

My daughter received one of these small printers T02 as a gift, installed the app and everytime you want to print it’s takes you to a pop up page wanting a yearly subscription!!!
You have to pay a charge to use the product.

DO NOT BUY. Is the most expensive and worst printer I ever used and owned. Since the begining always giving problems, I always have to print 2 or 3 times and sometimes it doesn’t even can print right. It’s clearly made for printing label as the description says but it’s incapable doing it. I didn’t just spent money for this printer but for all the thermal lable wasted because this printer, it really sucks don’t waste your money.

EDIT after a month having problems and talking with the support service that never helped me, I resolved the Issue with Chatgpt you can imagine the quality of the service…

If you’re considering the Phomemo M832, don’t. I’ve owned mine for a while now and it has been a disaster every single time I’ve tried to use it. The printer constantly shows as offline, jobs get stuck in “sending data,” and even after installing their official drivers, it simply will not print.

Support is absolutely no help. They send generic driver packages that don’t work, ignore the specific issues you raise, and provide no real solutions. Weeks of back-and-forth and I’m still left with a printer that won’t function as advertised.

For a product marketed as a professional label printer, this is unacceptable. It feels like an unfinished device dumped on the market without proper software or support. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and money — avoid Phomemo and look for a brand that actually stands behind its hardware and supports Mac users properly.

The Phomemo thermal printer is one of the worst purchases I’ve made. The build quality feels extremely cheap, flimsy, and not durable at all. It looks and feels like a toy rather than a proper device. The print quality is terrible – the text comes out faint, uneven, and often smudged. Images are barely recognizable, and no matter how many settings I tried, the output was consistently disappointing. For a device that markets itself as a convenient mini printer, it completely fails to deliver even the basics.

On top of that, the Bluetooth connection is unstable and frustrating. It disconnects constantly, making the entire printing process a headache. The app you’re forced to use is buggy, slow, and crashes far too often. Instead of being “portable and easy to use” as advertised, it ends up being unreliable and practically useless.

Customer service makes things even worse. When I reached out for support, they were completely unhelpful. They gave generic copy-paste answers, ignored the actual issues I reported, and eventually stopped responding altogether. There was no real attempt to resolve the problem or provide any meaningful solution.

Overall, the Phomemo printer is a complete waste of money. Poor design, terrible printing results, constant technical problems, and useless customer service make this brand one I will never buy from again.

Als erfahrene Nutzerin von kleinen Thermodruckern kann ich sagen, dass ich mit dem Phomemo M02, den ich bei Amazon gekauft habe, absolut begeistert und super zufrieden bin. Er ist mittlerweile fast täglich im Einsatz, besonders um meine selbstgemachten Saatguttütchen zu beschriften und zu bekleben. Dafür ist er einfach ideal. Die Klebeetiketten lassen sich leicht lösen, halten super auf meinen Papier-Saatguttütchen. Ich finde, das sieht hochwertig aus!
Die Bluetooth-Verbindung des Druckers mit meinem Smartphone klappt jedes Mal problemlos und schnell. Die zugehörige App bietet zudem sehr viele Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und Funktionen, sodass man wirklich kreativ werden kann. Ich möchte diesen Drucker definitiv nicht mehr missen!
Was mich aber wirklich beeindruckt hat, war der exzellente Kundensupport. Sie haben nicht nur schnell geantwortet, sondern waren auch sehr freundlich und höflich. Meine Anfrage wurde umgehend und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit bearbeitet.
Wer einen zuverlässigen, kompakten und vielseitigen Thermo-Etikettendrucker sucht, wird mit dem Phomemo M02 glücklich werden. Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir!
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Ein Manko gibt es: Für 3 Rollen der bedruckbaren Phomemo Klebepapierrollen bezahlt man – zumindest da wo ich kaufe, bei Amazon – fast 14 Euro. Das finde ich zu teuer als Verkaufspreis, zumal man ausschließlich Phomemo-Rollen nutzen kann.
Da ich persönlich im Großen und Ganzen aber sehr positiv überrascht bin, ziehe ich dafür keinen Stern ab.

This company chooses to use a courier that has a policy of destroying packages that they fail to deliver rather than returning them to Sender, leaving the customer with the charges having not received the item. Also their Courier doesn't seem to understand how to use the buzzer system at apartment buildings, or the phone number information provided as part of the delivery information. As far as I can tell there's been no attempt to actually contact me. I am having to dispute these charges with my bank.

I had an issue with my labels not lining up correctly. The support team were extremely helpful, always responding quickly and with useful advice until the issue was resolved.

What’s not to like! This is excellent & has been one of the best items I have ever bought. I went with Phomemo for the shipping Label Printer because I have used ( still using ) several of their other printers Portable M11, 220 & A4 Portable Printer, all of which I’ve had and used for a number of years without problems. I have personally never had to contact their support, as any problems I’ve trouble shot via videos online.
The 241-BT I wish I’d bought years ago, as it saves a fortune on printer ink & A4 Label paper I used to buy for my normal canon printer. It prints out labels in seconds, takes literally 2 minutes to set up, all I had to really
Learn was where to put the Labelife App on my iPhone , so I can seamlessly print out in seconds. I’m happy to recommend this & most of Phomemo Printers, as from my experience they’re brilliant. I have 2 of these 241-BT Printers now, one at home and one at my dad’s house.
I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough !

Waste of money. Connected to Bluetooth and did one print that actually didn't print the document I selected, then the printer wouldn't connect again on Bluetooth. Not only that, I can't even turn it off or on, though I'm long pressing the power button as stated in instructions. I'm glad I bought mine one Temu for £49.99 rather than Amazon for £112.99 otherwise I would of wasted that extra £50. Bottom line, what a load of bollox

You need a degree in computer science to connect this printer to a windows operating system. I had one connected and used it for about 1 and half months. I ordered two more for my business. The one I had been using died. I connect both of the new ones and was completely unsuccessful. Keep getting driver unsavable messages. Customer service was completely unhelpful.
I ordered the first on through Amazon. The other two through Phomemo website. I hope I can get my $$$ back. I would not ever recommend these printers to anyone! M08F is the printer I am referring of.

Attention mise à jour horrible, il nous impose le minimum pour l’écriture à 17 ce qui rend vos étiquettes faite avant cette MAJ obsolète impossible de les retravailler. Obliger de toutes les refaires, obliger de changer le format d’étiquette car le texte qui avant rentrer ne rentre plus car impossible d’aller en dessous de 17 en taille de caractères. Des heures de travail foutu. Je ne recommande pas du tout allez sur d’autre marque !! Logiciel trop restreint !
