Sofa arrived bent and scratched. Tried contacting this company and left 4 messages, 3 emails and 10 calls I hung up on, as there is no support service. I am a senior citizen, the product weighs about 100 lbs and the box is destroyed. I have no means of fixing the box, nor anyway to get it to a carrier for return. They are not helping at all.

11/20/24: Working with the support team and making progress with them sending a new sofa- after 3 issues were found. Things are going better towards conclusion.

Started to assemble chairs and screw holes didn’t align- had to re- engineer the legs. Took 4 hours to assemble 1 chair. Second chair similar with screw holes not aligning, but learned from other chair- 1.5 hours to assemble. I would not recommend purchasing this set.

I purchased a 20x20 carport and upon receiving my carport one box had damaged parts. I contacted Phi Villa and received an answer within 24 hours stating a new box would be shipped. I received a replacement box within days. I have never received better customer service or more courteous people to deal with anywhere. Would definitely buy from Phi Villa again

I bought the expandable metal outdoor dinnette and chose 8 chairs with cushions. I love the set. I only put 6 chairs around the table and set 2 aside in a conversation area. The chairs I chose feel a little too low to eat at table with but very comfortable. The table was delivered in a timely manner and easy to put together. The chairs took a little longer to assemble but was expected. The cushions are advertised as weather and fade resistant but my two chairs were partially in the sun only a few hours a day, I have a roof over my set. Those two cushions faded. I didn't have it for more than one season. The company easily replaced the covers to the cushions. I will just keep it out of the sun.

Phi Villas is a rip off company, We bought a 1500 table and chairs and the chairs fell apart in weeks. They will do nothing for us. Looked beautiful but made so cheap. Do not buy from them ever!

I had an issues with my $1000 dining set order and contacted Phi Villa customer service to start a return. Their website says they have a 30 day return policy, but they would only offer me a $100 refund! They will not initiate the return. To make matters worse, no one answers if you call their phone number and they only reply to emails in the middle of the nite. I guess that’s what I get for ordering from a company in China.

I purchased a very nice Phi Villa outdoor canopy in July. I contacted the company after one of the support poles broke. They responded to my emails within hours and asked for photos of the canopy to illustrate the broken pole. Phi Villa replaced my canopy immediately. I wish all companies provided this kind of customer service!

I purchased a patio set and i received it very fast. The set is exactly how it was shown on the website, it is a beautiful set and the price was also very good. I had an issue with the table, one part was loose and it was no way for me to fix it. I emailed the store and they responded immediately. They were very polite and respectfully , they sent me a new table the same day and they told me to keep the damaged one. Absolutely

I purchased a 5-piece Patio Set that includes a Fire Pit and my product was extremely nice and looks just as advertised. There was just one issue, one of the the back pillow rest was the wrong pillow cover, however, I addressed it immediately with the manufacturer via email and they corresponded with me immediately and sent me a replacement and told me that I can go ahead and keep the extra seat cover for future use. I really appreciate the Awesome Customer Support and would recommend Phi Villaus to family and friends, and the staff members whom communicated with me via email were very polite and respectful 🙏🏾❤️❤️👍🏾👍🏾🤭

Absolutely terrible quality. We purchased 10 metal, rust proof chairs. Within 2 weeks, the first rainfall we had since having the chairs, they started rusting and spilling out rust water all over our brand new patio. Thankfully we scrubbed it out in time off of our patio, but can’t risk having these chairs out there.

They have a 30 day refund policy but essentially refuse to keep that commitment which is fraud. They literally told us to cover the chairs or use rust spray on them. I kid you not.

We filed a dispute with our CC company and thankfully won it, but this company is awful.

My rollup shade had some plastic parts that broke while I was assembling it. They were quick to respond and answered my emails promptly!

We purchased a 7 piece outdoor dining set that was advertised as rust resistant and weather resistant. That's what we paid for. It is neither. Small blisters of rust appeared in less than one years use which quickly developed into several areas of the tabletop literally peeling off in large sections. Because we passed the one year warranty, they refuse to replace an obviously defective product. Customer Service consists of different people each time who will not allow you to communicate with management. If we wanted a "cheap" table that was not advertised as rust-resistant, we definitely could have ordered a set for half the price.

The website was easy to use, delivery was fast, and they responded to questions quickly and efficiently.

Recently purchased a canopy tent and had a problem with it. We contacted the Phi Villa team and they resolved our problem and sent us a new tent. Their customer service is a 10/10. Very reliable. Would definitely recommend purchasing future products from them.

We purchased a twin umbrella last month. It suffered irreparable damage within the first 2 weeks, from sudden gusty winds. I contacted customer service, not expecting much more than sympathy. To my delight, a replacement umbrella was offered, after I provided photos of the damage and proof of purchase. The replacement umbrella arrived today and I am back in the shade under a beautiful umbrella!

Bought the patio table set as it looked nice. When it arrived the chairs were scratched and the table had a dent in it and we were missing hardware. We contacted them and they offered $30 so we could buy a can of paint since they can’t get matching paint through customs. Well in order for it to match you would literally have to paint every piece and that would not resolve the issue with the dent in the table. We asked for a full refund or to replace the whole set. They haven’t responded so we contacted our credit card company to dispute the matter. Be careful buying from this company

My location is too windy for the pop-up canopy. The canvas on these assembly sheds is thicker than the canvas on my now deceased pop-up canopy. Slightest tree branch or lawn mower thrown rock will go right through pop-up canopy. The metal poles are much stronger than the metal supports on the pop-up canopies as well, thicker and steel vs aluminum. I have two assembly canopies; the 8'x12' Phi Villa and another brand 6'x10', so I can compare. Both can easily be assembled by one person. All the poles are numbered. Trick is to lay all the parts out before you begin assembly. Both canopies can be assembled without tools (poles slide into each other to connect), except a provided tool is needed to attach base wall poles. The bungees that hold the canvas to the poles for both can be bought at Amazon if one breaks. Why I prefer Phi Villa is the 4 clamps and the 4 big feet. There are six feet. The two middle feet are normal size, but the 4 end feet have large rectangle foot print and holes for 2 stakes each. This gives more surface contact with ground. More importantly, the 4 clamps attack the canvas securely to the brackets on these feet. This keeps the top taut so water (or snow) can't collect or pool on the top. Even though the roof is slanted, the water pools and sinks on top of my other brand canopy.
