Hi! We purchased a table and chair set from them, on memorial day weekend, and the set is beautiful. We were able to fit my family and grand-children around the table and still had room. The table is gigantic and the chairs are so comfortable. I sat outback every evening on the chairs and watched the sunset. Absolutely love the set. Nicest staff to work with, if you have questions about your furniture. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to enjoy your outdoor furniture.

I wrote the company since holes were not drilled in the seat and couldn’t finish putting it together. The company sent a replacement. They also sent me emails to let me know when I would get the replacement.

I started talking with Phi Villa via Facebook messenger regarding a set that we were interested in and was out of stock. They responded right away and made the set available for us to purchase! We bought the Coco 9 piece conversation set and Coco 9 piece dining set.
When the product came, we were very happy with it. We ordered a lot of pieces so it took some time to put together, but everything went together smoothly. It is very sturdy and seems very well-made! The cushions are waterproof and stain proof and they seem like they will hold up very well over time as well! Two of the chairs had torn wicker, but they addressed that issue immediately and addressed all other concerns we had right away! The table that we ordered had a latch that was broken and they’ve sent that to us as well. I am very impressed with their customer service and their fast responses. That is incredibly rare these days!! They followed through with everything we needed. We are very happy with the furniture, the cushions and their customer support! After about a month of using my leaf blower, the charger broke and it was actually my fault. I contacted support because I couldn’t find a replacement charger online. They immediately offered to send me one free of charge, and I received it today. Truly excellent service!

Our four piece patio set is well made and sturdy. The instructions could have been more clear, and it takes a while to assemble, but it was worth it. The pillows seemed thinner than described, but once they’re fluffed, they are super comfy! Table is very sturdy as well and is the perfect size. Great set for a great price! Would recommend.

I ordered 4 of these barstools, upon arrival we assembled 2, then discovered that the legs were missing for the 2nd 2. I immediately contacted the company, they e-mailed me right back, and in the end they mailed out another set of 2, telling me to keep the incomplete set for parts. Their customer service is excellent, as is their product!

Our package of patio chairs was already opened on one edge. Unfortunately, the hardware package (needed to assemble the chairs) had been removed. However, one call to Home Depot's 800 number got me in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer's rep knew exactly what I needed and promised to ship it right away. It arrived in just a few days. Bottom line: Problems arise once in a while. It's the ability and willingness to correct the problem that matters most. This company serves its customers well. This product cannot be placed outside. Rain water or just moisture gathers inside the hollow steel parts and eventually a rusty fluid leaks out and stains the floor below. The manufacturer is well aware of this product defect.

I recent made a purchase of which some minor parts were broken. I contacted customer support, reported the broken parts and replacements were immediately sent, no charge. That's what I call great customer service :-)

We ordered 2 chairs and when they arrived one was faulty. We tried emailing and got no responce however once we telephoned everything went so well. We sent pictures of the problem and in a very quick manner they corrected the problem. We were very impressed and now will totally enjoy our new chairs which are wonderful.

We purchased the 10 x 13 Outdoor Patio Gazebo Wood Look, Canopy Tent. We love it! The gazebo was delivered sooner than expected which was wonderful. We thought the assembly instructions could have been better, but after an email to the company who responded within a day, they clarified an issue that completely resolved the confusion.

I ordered a 7pc set from Home Depot everything came in separate boxes through out a span of a week or two as they came I assembled everything was going great until my last shipment came no instructions or hardware I reached out to Home Depot who was absolutely no help at all they wanted me to un assemble everything put it back in the box and return it wait for a refund and re purchase. Anyways I reached out to phivillaus directly provided my order number and they sent me the hardware funny story hardware gets here still no instructions they emailed it to me come to realize I’m missing a a lot of parts I sent pictures of what I did receive and they shipped me a whole new set of chairs . The customer service was exceptional! And the product came out beautiful I’m over all satisfied with everything in the end especially the customer service team! Keep up the great job.

Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with one of my chairs. The speedy way in which customer service dealt with it to my satisfaction was first class.
The other chair of the pair was of really good quality and very comfortable.
