The trainers arrived after a few weeks of waiting. They were far too small and obviously FAKE. Contacted them and was asked to keep the product for a 10% refund. I didn't want the fake goods so chose to return them at my expense which cost £23. My goods have been in customs in China since 9th January and I don't know when or if I'll get my money back. AVIOD AT ALL COST! CHEAP CHINESE FAKES AND A COMPANY WITH NO SCRUPLES. LEAVE WELL ALONE AND BUY FROM A REPUTABLE FIRM

Total joke of a company delivery of items states 8 to 10 days 3 weeks later and nothing tracking hadnt moved in 2 weeks i emailed them to get a refund and was given an address to return the goods i havent received to China i emailed again stating i hadnt received the goods only to be told i couldnt have a refund as the goods has been sent out all of a sudden the tracking then updated 11 days later to exactly the same as it was before so still no progress whether i receive the goods remain to be seen but 8 to 10 days delivery is false advertising

Product arrived in perfect condition. Customer service excellent with quick responses. Very happy with the service.

Waited 5 weeks and parcel never arrived, numerous emails and requests to cancel the order and refund but instead informed it has been resent. So 6 weeks since ordered and no trainers or refund.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered orthopaedic trainers uk6.5 and after a long time they arrived as size 7.5! The customer care is shocking and no way to get a straight forward answer. Under the consumers rights act 2015! They should be shut down.
I’m so angry that I paid good money for no way to return or get a straight answer on how to or get refund.
Do not waste your time or stress.
I will keep persuong till I get an answer..

I was happy with my sneakers, but the size was not true to UK7 , I always by them in the UK size 7. They kindly offered to replace my shoes, as the first order was delayed by two weeks, but then i was told to pay custom charges. So i never had to send the shoes back but after many emails, since my order placed begining of decememer I will finally get my shoes.

I couldn’t be more disappointed. When the trainers eventually arrived 16 days from the date of order they were MUCH SMALLER than sized rendering them useless. On top of that they are not genuine New Balance trainers but FAKE goods. The PHARMAMARKET website is very misleading with its claim of shipment in 1/2 days by Royal Mail when actually the shipment is coming from China. The reviews on the website are glowing written by very satisfied customers whereas an independent search for reviews for PharmaMarket reveals that my experience is common with numerous people receiving fake goods which are way too small. As for the refund process that’s unsatisfactory too.

Purchased 2 pairs of the orthopedic trainers in size 7. When they arrived they were more like a size 6. Contacted the seller and returned the trainers for an exchange.
Received the replacement trainers but they arrived un-boxed, wrapped in bubble wrap and had obviously been worn before as the soles were marked as well as the uppers. The insoles were too small so moved about in the shoe.
I contacted the seller again, provided photos of all the damage and stated the shoes arrived un-boxed.
They said I was not legible for a refund as I had already had an exchange and the damage on the shoes can happen during shipping. I replied that the damage would not happen if the shoes were boxed and the nature of the damage would only happen if my post man wore them to deliver them!!! .
Never got any further replies from my emails so had to do a charge back through Visa to get my money back.
I have informed them of this and have said that now if they want their goods back they will need to provide a pre-paid postage label.

I received an email back from them basicly trying to get me to write a good review in exchange for replacement trainers.

Would rate zero if option. Arrived later than expected. Too small not as described, trying to return -return address london however want returned to China at my expense! Waste of money!

I was sent a pair of trainers and did not realise they were a fake pair of NEW BALANCE, cleverly marketed is NEW BALNACE, yes, can you tell the difference? Not only are they 2 small they are flimsy and I want to return them. They are not sending me a return address but keep offering me 30% off to keep them. I dont want them they cost £65 and I am due the refund. I will be contacting my bank. Do not use this company

Do not order from this company!

They sent me damaged trainers and the only way for me to get a refund is for me to send the package back and pay for the return myself. The return to china is £20 approx so I have lost £20 as they have sent me DAMAGED goods.

Would give no stars, this seller is a scammer, sells fake items and then when your unhappy, you have to pay return costs back to China, which then becomes too expensive and not worth the hassle, DO NOT USE this seller, negative reviews are Justified, you have been warned…..

Brought a pair of new balance size 7. More like a size 6 tiny fit. The writing on the trainer is spelt new balnce , the material is awful cheap and the soels are like carboard. Cant even return them do not waste your money

Deceiving advertise in terms of delivery.
I placed an order on 20th for a Christmas Present as on the website is advertised 1-2days delivery. It is 26th of December now and cant even track the item. Scam and untrustworthy. Asked refund and said I must return first but can't return an item that has not been received.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I haven't received the item (New Balance trainers) yet but they're coming from China. So cross I didn't notice more than 1 PharmaMarket site on here.

Scam, fake trainers, made in china, poor quality, I don't know how pharmamarket scammers are allowed in UK if I knew that pharmamarket is in china I wouldn't bother in the first place, I thought it's located in London,fuming honestly fuming...

Shambolic service – total scam!

Ordered shoes a month ago and still haven’t received them. The company claims delivery, which never happened. I requested a proof-of-delivery photo, but they failed to provide it. I am still waiting for my refund and had to involve my credit card company to initiate a chargeback.

Avoid at all costs.

Is is there an option for zero stars ! Absolute liars. The new balance shoes I ordered are clearly expensive replicas with Chinese writing inside and cheap plastic instead of leather. They claim to be uk based with Royal Mail delivery in 1-2 days, mine took 3 weeks . Learn from mine and many other peoples mistakes and AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Not received item yet but after reading reviews wish I hadn't bothered.
The website is deliberately misleading with information like "pharmamarketUK.com" and "Pharmamarket London" - "shipping 1-2 days Royal Mail"
All to give the impression that the goods are being sent from the UK and will be with you in a few days.
I will be lucky to get the goods by Christmas and when they do arrive after travelling halfway round the world to get to me, judging by other reviews they will probably be fake!!
