I am very disappointed with this purchase. The product I received does not match the description provided on the website and appears to be of very poor quality. In my experience, the item feels misleading and not as advertised.
In addition, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I was informed that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself, despite the issues with the product. This is unacceptable and unfair to customers.
I would not recommend buying from this page based on my experience.

I would rate this company zero stars if possible. This Pharma Market website is selling fake and counterfeit branded products. These are not genuine brands. I repeatedly requested the cancellation of my order after discovering—through Trustpilot reviews—that this Chinese website sells counterfeit goods at the same prices as authentic brands. Such practices are illegal and deceptive.

Despite my continuous requests to cancel the order, the company refused and instead provided excuses, instructing me to ship the order back to an address in China once received. This is a clear indication of a highly organized fraudulent operation.

I strongly urge the HMRV authorities to investigate and take immediate action to shut down this website for selling counterfeit items and misleading consumers. I demand a full refund for my order, which consists of fake New Balance trainers falsely advertised and priced as genuine, along with counterfeit promotional New Balance socks.

This company’s conduct demonstrates deliberate fraud, unethical business practices and blatant consumer deception.

Scam outfit. Marketing New Balance trainers as New Balnace, deliberately misleading customers with the spelling. Returns are supposedly to China at your own cost despite the law being that if it is a UK company you are only required to send to UK. The address on the package is an industrial estate in the UK. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

They arrive crushed and they are nothing like the picture, it states they are in the UK but actually are in China.
I've asked for a refund , they offered me £15, I paid £64.95
I've looked into sending them back and it's going to cost £27
They have stated that THEY WILL NOT RE EMBURSE THIS.

Ordered DM shoes that turned out to be from China, and didn't fit. I was asked to return it to China at my own expense, but the parcel was returned, no refund, 20 pound postage wasted. I am asking Pharma Market to help but am simply getting ignored.

False advertising of New Balance trainers ( they are in fact New BALNACE ). They wouldn’t cancel my order even though no shipping information has been given and it was before 24 hours after order has been placed. I am now waiting on the delivery of the item to then return, no doubt at my own cost. I will try to get a refund from the bank as this is clearly a company trying to cheat their customers.

Trainers arrived on time, great quality, good fit. Communication was amazing. Would buy again.

I paid £65.00 for New Balance trainers that took over three weeks to arrive. When they did, they came without a box, were visibly creased, had marks on them, and did not appear to be in new condition. They were also uncomfortable and caused pain despite being advertised as orthopaedic.

Customer service was extremely disappointing. I was told to return the item to China at my own expense, which was never made clear at the time of purchase. They offered £20 towards postage, which still requires paying upfront and does not guarantee full reimbursement. They also refused to provide a prepaid return label.

This creates an unreasonable and unfair returns process, especially for faulty goods. The handling of this situation feels designed to discourage customers from pursuing a proper refund.

I have now had to initiate a chargeback to resolve the issue.

Took over 2 weeks to arrive. 6 days after ordering, it still did not show as dispatched. They are advertising the trainers as New Balance but when you finally receive them, they are so obviously fake. Cheap materials and certainly not worth the money paid for them. DO NOT use this company.

Please don’t buy anything from this company, they are a fraud, and I bought training shoes (New Balance) which were fake and the quality was very bad plus they asked me to deliver them back to China for the fake shoes!!
All the items are from China and it took almost one month to reach Uk.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I purchased items from this company who trade as Pharma-market UK expecting them to be based in the uk. However they are actually based in china selling poor quality “fake” brands! I ordered a pair of what I thought were New Balance trainers and a pair of toe post sandals. The sandals were cheap and nasty and the trainers obvious fakes! I contacted the company for return details and they gave me an address in China to which I had return them at my own expense. I did this but they were then held at customs in China so I contacted the seller and they said I had to pay customs to get them released, which I refused to do as I said that was their duty to do so, but they refused and would not refund my money! The package has just been retuned to me after 4 months and I have heard nothing from the company and no refund for the goods which are absolute rubbish!

Awaiting a replacement pair as there was a mix up with the sizes.

I would not buy from this company. The trainers I ordered a month ago still haven't arrived despite being told "yes they are in transit" which is rubbish as when you look at the tracking they have been in the last place in China for 2 weeks. Avoid them they tell you they will arrive in a few days which is not true. Spend your money on a reliable company even if it means the item costs more.

I ordered New Balance trainers on 28/2/26 I am still waiting for them £64.95. Keep getting mixed responses when I contact them. I am in the UK. They are coming from China.
If you're in a hurry to get them don't bother.
