I received product, that doesn't work properly, but customer service worked so fast and they send to me new product for free.
Beside that, all products i received look exactly like on photos.

Initial order was received quickly.
I received the wrong colour shoe, I emailed the customer Service team who dealt with this very efficiently and offered a replacement.

I ordered a pair of Orthopedic Shoes for myself. They arrived within a couple of weeks. Very disappointed with quality and size. And they were not cheap!! I could return them but, would cost me more to return them to China. Please be aware if thinking of using this site.

Scam company. Goods are rubbish. Lies. They refused return. Refused to give money back. Don't deal with them. 8 other reviews under my name are not mine. I did NOT write them.

I ordered a pair of steel toe cap shoes. They took ages to arrive then wrong size was sent. Returns procedure is terrible had to return to France at cost to us and had to pay duty.....6 wks and still waiting for a refund and no contact from them at all always us chasing them.... hope this review stops others having issues and maybe we will get a refund eventually!!!

I bought a robot hoover. It worked well for about a month, on hard floors picking up dust and hair. It suddenly started to go round in circles. I sent a video to Pharma Market and they’ve said they’ll dispatch a new one without having to send the old one back. Good customer service with quick response.

I received my watch after a long time! It lasted a week and before developing a fault and refused to work anymore. They will replace it only if I will write a review and send screen shot of the review to them.
They only answer emails in the early morning.
I just want a replacement or preferably a refund. If I do have a replacement how do I know that it will faulty again after week??

These people are scammmers. They sent me a defective item - vaccum cleaner and upon following up they keep sending Same mail to send video of the faulty product and send defective item back to China, they will analyse and then refund the amount.

Sending the item by courier to China will cost more than the product price.
I am receiving same mail copy pasted every time.
TRUST ME DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
DO NOT BUY OR YOU WILL REGRET!!
