Dealing with Peter Martin has been a frustrating nightmare. Despite meeting all my responsibilities, my deposit was withheld without explanation. Communication was ignored, and promises were broken. It’s disappointing to be treated so unfairly after doing everything right. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with him.

Jay was amazing in giving us feedback during our renovations to maximize appeal for future tenants. This resulting in signing new tenants within a week after completing renovations. I always feel like I’m in good hands working with Jay.

Wonderful and efficient service from start to finish.

Had the chance to find the perfect flat thanks to Jay and Ashley at Peter Martin. The process, from finding a listing, organizing the viewing, putting down the offer and getting the keys was extremely smooth and handled very quickly. They are both very human and made the whole experience stress free. Thanks a lot!

Very helpful and attentive to us as prospective tenants, and throughout our tenancy.

I have used Peter Martin to let out my flat since 2006. They have always been professional, and given a first class service. The flat has never been without tenants and without exception all of our tenants over the years have been excellent. Jay gives a high quality service, keeping in touch to see how things are going on a regular basis, is easily contactable and always gives good, sound advice and help if needed. Sue in the office is very helpful and very efficient. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to rent out a property.

I have been working with Jay at Peter Martin for almost 20 years now and one thing I can say he over delivers. He's always been reliable, professional and always looks after my tenants and also me as a landlord- highly recommend him and the team at Peter Martin.

Super friendly service and very cooperative looking out for best ways to deal with issues!

Peter and Jay are a great team, assisting with everything related to renting out my flat. They make it easy and I don’t need to worry about anything, making sure there are no gaps between tenants, finding good tenants who are clean and pay on time, and they keep it all managed and easy without undue stress. They are reliable and go above and beyond.

I cannot speak highly enough of this agency – it has been, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever encountered. From the very beginning, their professionalism, integrity, and human touch set them apart. Throughout the tenancy, they were consistently supportive and responsive, and at the most critical moment — the end of the tenancy — they truly shone.

We found ourselves in a very delicate and emotionally charged situation, with disagreements between us as tenants and the landlord. It could have easily escalated, but thanks to the calm, fair, and deeply professional handling by the agency — and especially by Mr. Jay Hayden — a positive outcome was reached.

Jay acted with wisdom and balance, standing exactly in the middle to mediate between both sides. His ability to protect the interests of everyone involved, while guiding us all toward a fair and respectful resolution, was remarkable. He is, without exaggeration, the best agent I have ever met.

This is more than just a letting agency — it’s a team of people who genuinely care and go the extra mile. If you are looking for a letting agency in London that combines expertise with empathy, this is the one. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Peter Martin Unique Letting Agents have looked after our flat for many years and have taken away the hassle of contracts and maintenance, communicating with both landlord and tenant whenever the need arises. I highly recommend them for their professional service and peace of mind.

Jay and the rest of the team have always been extremely responsive and helpful.

I've had Peter Martin as my estate agents for more than a decade. I've used other estate agents as well. But Peter Martin is significantly better than all the others. Personal service, reliable and competent staff. Jay has always been my go to person for letting. Would highly recommend

Jay Hayden is very experienced, very reliable and always willing to help and advise. I highly recommend.

Excellent service, always willing to go above and beyond. 100% trustworthy and would not hesitate to recommend.

Great agency - we have worked with them for many years.

I highly recommend Jay Hayden from Peter Martin London. Their knowledge of the area is exceptional, and they provided me with valuable insights throughout our years of them managing and renting out our properties. They are always responsive to my questions, even on weekends, and their attention to detail ensured a smooth and stress-free transaction. I particularly appreciated their ability to explain complex legal jargon in a way that was easy to understand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent their property in the area.

Jay and the team were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended

Everyone at Peter Martin was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to interact with. They were excellent communicators throughout the process of looking, finding, and applying to rent a flat. They replied quickly to all of our questions, and our main contact (Jay) set up an alternate contact during a brief vacation, thus ensuring our moving in process was not delayed in the slightest. They always kept us posted about what should happen next and when, and would reach out with updates before we requested them (even if the update was just to explain what they were waiting on and how long it should take). Thanks to them we have now moved into a beautiful new flat. Can't recommend highly enough!

Peter & Wright have been outstanding letting agents. Jay, Peter and Susan respond promptly, keep every step transparent, are honest and are willing to receive feedback. They never hesitate to go the extra mile and often offer proactive solutions before issues arise. Their client-first attitude has made the whole process effortless; we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
