PeterMartinLondon Recenzje

After two bad experiences I was very worried about not being able to find an accommodation for my son. Luckily I contacted Peter Martin Estate Agents and they quite soon found the right location. Really grateful for that. Extremely precise to ask for guarantee, but on the other hand we received a really beautiful, clean and warm house. This makes the different. I hope to come in touch with them again in the future.

We are two Italian mothers who were looking for an apartment in London for a year for university students. After various difficulties, we were lucky to meet Jay and his team, who quickly understood our needs and were able to find the right flat for us — both in terms of location and within our budget. If we have to use just one word to describe Jay and his staff, it would be “real professionals"

Great contact with Jay for our new rental in London. Jay knew the neighborhood and the property well and was good advice.

Great people, great service, great agency!

I can definitely recommend this letting agency. We’ve been tenants for over three years and it’s been a great experience throughout. What stood out most was how smooth, efficient, and stress-free the whole rental process has been, from the very first viewing with Jay to subsequent renewals. We really appreciate the effort and professionalism of the entire team at Peter Martin.

Peter Martin and co were very proficient and dealt with the letting very professionally.
Jay Hayden kept me fully advised of all of the progress through to completion.
I will use Peter Martin and co in the future.

good communication and very friendly service. always reachable and trying to get issues out the way fast. going the extra mile! thanks!

A great estate agent - they communicated clearly from start to finish and are quick to address any small problems that crop up with the property. The human element is clear here, not only in the way they email and speak on the phone, but also through small gestures like calling the first week after I had moved into the property to check everything was okay and that I was settling in. As a tenant, I feel safe and looked after with Jay and the team. Would recommend!

I worked with Jay on the rental of my flat. It was a great experience. Jay was super flexible in helping me with aspects of the exiting of my prior tenant and setting things up with the new one. Communicative and knowledgeable and a great personalised service. I would highly recommend him and the team at Peter Martin.

Letting through Peter Martin was a breeze. I found a great place and it was exactly as advertised (which is so rare nowadays). Jay was incredibly helpful every step of the way.

“We’ve had a fantastic experience with Peter Martin Estate Agents, especially thanks to Jay Hayden. Jay’s been super accommodating, and the flat was always exactly as described. Any time we had issues, they were quick to help and connect us with the landlord. Definitely recommend them!”

We dealt with Peter Martin for two years living around Swiss Cottage. Great team, very personal and respectful to deal with. Prompt to contact and be contacted, cannot fault them at all! Always helpful and accommodative where possible. Highly recommend. Thank you Jay for all the help over the years!

Great team, Jay has done a fantastic job getting us new tenants and has been invaluable in ironing out some initial problems.

Peter Martin are fantastic. Jay in particular. He made our search so easy and was so open and honest (exactly what you want when you are committing to a place)!. Peter Martin as a firm were fast and super reliable and helpful in the whole process. Even when we had issues on the first day (and the property is not managed by them), they were on hand to send in support to help us out. Cant reccomend them enough!!

It's rare as a tenant to feel that estate agents are as focused on finding a great solution for you as they are for filling the property for their landlords, but with Jay and the team at Peter Martin that's exactly how we felt. After viewing a property that didn't meet our needs, Jay was proactive in sharing options that would fit our brief and when we found the one that was a month too late, he went above and beyond to see how we could make things work for everyone, which we did!
Amazing to deal with, caring and considerate at all times and super responsive.

Jay was an absolute star! He found a remarkable place for us quickly and the ease of review and contracting was amazing. The attention to detail and professionalism of the firm is outstanding.

I would highly recommend the Peter Martin team !

We really appreciate Jay’s time and effort in helping us find a new place. He was efficient, friendly, and always professional. His clear communication and dedication made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with our experience and got the flat of our dreams. No issues at all.

We found our dream rental at Peter Martin, amazing location and just a superb apartment. Jay was amazing, guiding us through the whole process, communicating clearly and timely, and also advising on matters such as insurance and utilities and even helping out with relocation logistics. Highly recommend the team at Peter Martin.

Very friendly and helpful staff, thank you!
