Great guys/team, punctual and stayed with the job until they had found where my rats were coming in. They liaised with my neighbours and smoothed out some tensions very well. The issue was my adjoining neighbours garden drain. This is expensive, so be prepared, but after years of other companies failing me for a fee, after 4 weeks now I have been rodent free, I'm starting to feel very confident that they will not return but I have the lifetime guarantee for the time i'm the resident at this property to fall back on (I hope). Thank you to PestControl. Very happy.

David is a great professional. He is very responsive to any callout, and he knows exactly what to do with marvellous effectiveness. We are blessed to know him, and feel so relieved whenever he arrives to deal with any pest problems.

Good experience being both flexible on when had work done and a good job which we were worried about due to mess and smell which was not an issue. As far as we are concerned a perfect job done in a friendly way. I would highly recommend Jay Atkinsons who did the work for us and therefore the company at a reasonable price.

Very professional, very polite and got on with the job

David was extremely efficient and helpful. He came 3 times to our house- first time to set 🐀 traps, 2nd and 3rd times to re-bait several places that needed more. He kept us well informed before and after each visit. I would highly recommend his services should you need them.

David provided an excellent service when we contacted him regarding a squirrel issue in our loft. From the outset, he was thorough in identifying the problem and quickly put effective measures in place, including setting traps. During the process, he also discovered a separate issue with mice, which he handled efficiently and without hesitation.
He has attended regularly to monitor and manage the situation, always ensuring everything is under control. Throughout, David has gone above and beyond to support us, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and genuine care for resolving the issue properly.

Having had a problem with a bees nest in my chimney on and off for a few years, I spoke to Seamus (based in Wolverhampton) and he came out the next morning and sorted the problem explaining everything even taking photos for me, luckily I had already got scaffolding around my property, so this also made it safer for Seamus, thank you again, highly recommend

Very very pleased with the speed at which David came to help with a bad rat infestation in my garden.I was extremely worried as they were running over my patio and I felt I could not leave my doors open.David assessed the situation and informed me of the treatment plan and what action I should take to help the situation in a kind and clear manner for which I was very grateful.The problem was solved after his 3 visits.He always rang with arrival times and I was very impressed with the whole process .Highly recommend.

Rang Cliff who responded very quickly to our problem, installed cameras to see what was causing the damage, luckily we solved the problem ourselves but was happy with the service we received and the cost.

David was great throughout my experience. He explained everything clearly and he was clear about his prices and only offered one option compared to other companies that try and make the sale by offering various other more expensive choices on treatment.

Great communication and knowledge of pests

Mole issue in my garden. Contacted pest control.co.uk who contacted me within a couple of days and arranged a visit for the Friday. Technician arrived and set 5 traps and said will call me next week and come back on the following Friday. He did return and after checking the traps a mole was caught in one of them. Again he stated he would return the following Friday which again he did but no further moles were caught. He then took up the traps and went away. Pleased that a mole was caught but overall not a cheap experience as it costs £108 per visit including vat . The third visit was merely to check the traps and take them away. But the technician did the job in a professional manner. However, another mole hill has appeared and I will have to start the whole process again if I want pest control to return.
