Your agent, Jamie Storey, was prompt, polite and efficient. The issue is that the treatment didn't seem to have worked very well. We understand he has since left the company, so we had someone else back yesterday and we will be happy to give feedback on the second visit in due course.

Really helpful, Imran provided a prompt service and has great deal of experience and knowledge. Traps were laid and the offender caught. Great stuff!!!!!

Jim was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. He knew immediately where we had the problem with rats 🐀 in our driveway and together with a drain repair managed to eradicate the problem.

I had bees in two places . She couldn’t access but she told me that she able to do it.
She also told me if it comes back I have to pay again?
She is not only able to complete job but she is dishonest too.

The enthusiasm of Reece, the pest controller, he was great! He tried really hard to solve our problem. We are crossing our fingers that the solution found works long term. We didn't actually catch or see any rodents, although there was plenty of evidence they were or had been there!

Your representative arrived promptly was very polite and gave me information. That was very useful. I was told I didn’t have wasps in my loft. I had bees and he couldn’t do anything. I accepted what he said but he then said I still have to charge you the full £145. for a callout that I found unacceptable but had no choice but pay
