The value that Ross provides with his YouTube channel is amazing but the academy is a whole other level. I was at the beginning of my journey when I first joined. The knowledge and progress I have made with the help of Ross and the academy has more than paid for itself!

You learn a lot about establishing strong fundamentals and efficient processes for your business, which helps sustainable growth!

Some perks of being in the Academy would be the group video calls with Ross. During these, we can ask for advice or any questions about things we're facing in our businesses. Also, the private Facebook group has been a significant help, as we can ask other like-minded students about any problems we have or if we need some help with a shoot or even buying new equipment.

If you're on the fence about joining the Perspective Academy, I would say that you will reap the rewards when implementing the things you learn from the course and having a community to talk to that is in a similar position or a lot who are well ahead of the game will always share their expertise and keep you moving forward!

I've been on this course for around 6 months and haven't finished it due to being so busy because of what I was taught! I highly recommend anyone who is sitting on the fence to just do it and reap the rewards! Ross and his team have made it super easy and introduced us to many others who have made the leap and are part of a large community who all help and support each other!

First of all I wanted to thank for Ross and his team for creating this amazing course. The Course goes through so many things, and allows you to build confidence in a range of different business areas. I love the first Topic on the course Creating Your Future on the course, which is all about building the correct mindset, it sets things going in the right direction. Since buying the course, Ross has also added some new videos adding to what is already there!

A quick note, that this course isn’t a technical skills video course (although there are a few well made videos on techniques) it is actually all about the business side of video, working with clients, building a team, pricing, and long term goals such as RCP’s so you know you have work each month, the freelancers dream.

There is also access to a Facebook group which has been beneficial to ask questions and test ideas in a group of like minded people. Ross also hosts a bi weekly live call which have been useful. I have only attended a couple of these, but both have been extremely useful!

And to top it off there are also a range of documents to download which include Business Documents, Legal Contracts, and the 30 day challenge document.

This course has been instrumental in gaining more bookings and communicating with both cold and and hot leads.

I will be setting time in the near future to watch the content again and reflect where I can improve my video business skills again.

Exactly what I need! Many filmmaking courses focus on filming/editing skills and gear. I’ve been a freelancer for over a decade and I need business skills not technical skills. The topics are presented really well, the information is clear and easy to understand. He gives plenty of case studies and examples of the subject matter. The real “aha” moment for me was realising that its a community with regular video calls, you can ask Ross questions but also other people who might be slightly ahead of where you are. It’s a really exciting way to build a business!

This course is absolutely amazing. I have been part of other coaching programmes in USA, but they just did not take into account the culture difference and their methods just did not work for me. PA was a game changer for me. I have gone from struggling to get small projects, to closing £5.5K video deals in the nick of time. What I like about Ross Welch and Perspective Academy is the detailed modules covering the business aspects of filmmaking. As a Filmmaker in the US the ideas in this course still apply to me. Ross seems very passionate and knowledgeable about what it takes to build a real production company. I've only been doing the course for 1 week but I feel like I've already made so many positive changes.
He really pushes you to take notes engage with the community and go all of the way in.
I've taken many courses in the past and Ross has a great ability to take you by the hand and walks you through each step.
