This was my first contact with People Safe to report a problem. The response I received was very helpful, and the actions taken resolved my issue quickly and effectively.

The matter was urgent, and I was impressed to receive a replacement device within two days. Given that the company likely provides services to multiple teams, I found the speed of response and level of support to be excellent. The staff who took my call was helpful and respectful.

Its the first time I've used the people safe app on my mobile device, Samsung phone. I'm impressed how the easy text activity works and the well being call. Everything was great.

I had amazing customer service from Kelly in the contract management team around two queries I had today. She responded very quickly today to an invoice query I'd highlighted to other members of the team weeks ago with no response or resolution. This resulted in me better understanding the invoice and arranging for it to now to be paid. Kelly was both helpful and friendly in her response

I am still waiting for chargers for laptops at Harold Moody. However the service from People safe is very good.

I have no idea what the service or the app is like - I placed an order for my device and had to chase twice before the order was “accepted” TWO WEEKS later. So the device was only sent AFTER two weeks and arrived a week after that.

However, for some reason, they sent it to the wrong address (I have clear and incontrovertible proof).

Every time I asked a question through their support - I couldn’t use the service without the device - I got an answer maybe a day (or more) later.

No real help was given, my order didn’t seem to be a priority - no real hurry to sort out something that I had ordered ages ago.

For a company whose ethos is - I think? - all about helping customers fast when needed, this seemed like a really weird approach: I wasn’t expecting them to sort out my query within 5 seconds, like an alarm call - but I DID expect some degree of wanting to sort things out.

At this stage, I have just cancelled my contract and will go elsewhere: whatever the stated level of service, it just doesn’t seem believable that this is a company that cares or will try to respond on time when it really matters.

This weekend, it will be a full month since I placed the order - I don’t have a device, I don’t have a refund, the matter is apparently “under internal review to decide how best to proceed” - or at least that is the last I heard, a week ago.

Fast, friendly, very efficient in sorting out the issues with my charging cable.

Although it took a long time to sort this out it is done and my emails replied to in a timely manner
