I bought the 5 litre pan with jam funnel, but it was smaller than I imagined so bought the 8 litre one too. Both will be useful. Good sturdy pans.

Very poor service - unreliable
I ordered a product from Penguin Home on 29 November 2022. It hadn't arrived on 16 December so I emailed customer service. They replied the next day to say they would look into and get back to me. Six days later and still no news. This company is unreliable, be really careful about using them.
UPDATE THREE DAYS AFTER FIRST REVIEW: I have finally received the item and it is good.

Hello John,
We’re so sorry to hear your experience was less than 5-stars and did not meet your expectations and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies.
I understand how disappointing it can be to facing an issue with service team and not have it meet your expectations. We strive for excellence in customer service, but it’s clear we missed the mark in your case. As a result of your feedback, we are providing our team with additional customer service training to prevent similar situations from happening in the future.
That being said, if there’s anything else that I can help you with at the moment, please feel free to reach out and I would be more than happy to help. We do appreciate your business and hope to earn back your trust.

Excellent quality, excellent value & not made in China. The only thing that let the company down was delivery, which took six days and considerable hassle.
